Expost can provide you a fixed address for your individual needs, whatever your circumstances, moving home, living in your motor home, canal boat or even living outside of the UK. You can use our address for most household things like Banks, Credit Card companies, insurance companies, online shopping, and most Government departments. You have full control of your mail via our online control panel, you can simply have your post forwarded unopened to an address anywhere in the world. We can also send to UPS access points, Yodal pickup points or your local post office too. Alternatively, we can open and scan your post, you will then be able to view it in our secure online scan viewer. A simple choice of Private or Business accounts means that, whether you need a UK postal address purely for your own personal and family mail, as an alternative to trading from your home address, to register a Limited Company, or to provide UK product returns for your on-line customers, the solution is here!

I cancelled my service after explaining to customer service that it was overkill for what I wanted. After delaying my cancellation request for days they finally conceded that I could cancel within the first week but insisted I had to wait 30 days for refund! Then after 30 days they refused to refund and did not respond to multiple queries to issue refund. I had to go through my bank to issue chargeback! They gave off a very unprofessional scamming vibe from their hardball attempts to try to stick me with the bill. There's no reason why you should trust them.

Having dealt with London-based virtual postboxes before (and have not received a single letter from them), I did my homework when picking Expost. The reviews on Trustpilot are accurate - this company is truly the best there is in the UK! When embarking on a long-term business trip, it was super important for me to have someone on the British soil I can trust with correspondence and parcels. Four countries later, Expost has not failed me once. Their wonderful people have consistently gone the extra mile to help solve some of the Brexit-related parcel issues. By the way, my correspondence is always forwarded to me in a waterproof envelope, in the original packaging and in perfect condition. I get notification to my phone and email the moment new post arrives and can read it in the online scanner. Superb service, recommending it to all digital nomads and expats!

Amazing, fantastic, awesome and none to second.. Their system in place is very accurate and perfect. As soon as I get a letter I get informed by sms. You can request out posting that means we just need to email the files and they can print and post for us within the UK. Online scan viewer is available and it shows scans of all incoming mails. All letters are perfectly listed in your 90 days statement showing date received, scanned and forwarded etc. It also shows the cost. I mean the software in place and web portal is just perfect and its superb and fantastic. I am really impressed. From online portal we can request to either scan or forward the letter or just keep in mail box. So much variety and so many options. I have not seen this any where before. I used another mail box service (yourvirtualoffice London) in London for about 2 weeks and it was a nightmare. I never received a single letter from them and I eventually terminated them. So when I was signing up for Expost I was bit scared and had doubts but that proved wrong. So far I have received all my letters sent to me. The other service I used was bit cheap but Expost is worth the price. You are tension free with Expost. I hope and wish them good luck and hope they will grow further. Kind Regards

I am so grateful that Expost does not have an outsourced customer care centre on the other side of the planet!!!!!! Recently I had contrasting customer service experiences with Expost and another company. The experiences were like night and day. With the other company I had to spent hours on the phone, mostly on hold, every day for nearly two weeks and I had to follow up 3 weeks later with more phone calls and emails. The next billing cycle will reveal if everything has finally been resolved. BY CONTRAST With Expost, a couple brief phone calls resolved everything quickly and efficiently and I never had to follow up except to say, 'Thank you, Expost!'

Marvellously kind. Incredibly well organised. Conspicuously trustworthy and reliable. A very efficient and easy to use online system that even lets you see your docs remotely. Reasonable prices and transparent. Safe forwarding of bank cards and important docs. And... They're just plain nice! I can't recommend Brodie and his team too highly. They've helped me so much and made staying overseas so much easier! Very Grateful!

Just had to stop and write a review of Expost's fantastic customer service. For weeks now, I've been haggling with an external courier about a delayed parcel. Brodie intervened on my behalf, cut through all the red tape and now they're expecting my parcel shortly. Expost's support staff is also consistently helpful and friendly. As far as services go, their scanning, forwarding, etc. is always prompt and reliable. Expost is far superior than the High Street competitors. Can't recommend these guys enough!

Hi there. I am not a great one for bothering to write reviews. I have written a review before for expost to say how good they are and I want to say it again now. They are everything they advertise to be. Brodie and his team are always happy to give help and advice when ever asked. All of my post has arrived. I recommend them to anyone needing such a service. And that’s my biggest point. They offer a service, they are more than just a business! 100% happy customer!

I was recommend Expost by a friend 7 months ago . The service Brodie and his team provide is absolutely first class. They came in to their own over the last 3 months. Really don't know how we could have functioned with out their great service.

Great service - reliable, friendly, efficient. I couldn't have imagined how important Expost was going to be during Covid. I was stuck somewhere I didn't expect - having someone monitor and take care of my mail was so helpful.

Further to my earlier review, I thought it would be a good idea to comment on my experience of being an Expost customer for 5-6 months. Well, the service has continued to be outstanding. Brodie Fry has been a delight to speak to, as have all the other staff. We live in a strange world right now with coronavirus and social distancing and I can’t imagine the impact this would have had on Expost. Interestingly, as a customer I have experienced no inconvenience whatsoever and the service has been flawless throughout. No doubt the staff have been working tirelessly in these difficult and uncertain times and I am grateful for their service.

As a new customer of Expost it was a delight to encounter such exceptional customer service. From help in setting up an account to a courteous and concise walk through of the T&Cs (should have read them properly!) it harked back to the days when customers really were appreciated and delivering customer service was a pleasure, not a chore. Highly recommended.

No company is perfect but this one is as close as it gets. I had a small query recently and the boss phoned me immediately early in the morning (I was still in bed tee-hee when I took his call). You cannot buy that kind of personal attention. We have both earned mutual trust and respect and I am sure I will remain a client for as long as Covid allows. No hesitation in awarding 5 stars - there should be 6!!

We live on a narrowboat and travel all the time. Having Expost (Canal Post) is great as we can access our mail at any time and get physical copies sent to us if needed. My daughter has a YouTube channel and it means that she can get letters from people all over the world. The service is so efficient and friendly.
