Excellent delivery Polite cheerful delivery men carried both sofas into the room unwrapped them, put the feet and cushions on and took all the plastic and cardboard away Can’t ask for more!

The company has two gems here. These young men were great. Polite, respectful and good at their job. Despite a big van and narrow roads they came when they phoned to tell us when to expect them with no hint of it being a tricky last bit to their journey. The pair carried the sofa and shelves with no problems, removing the protective frame, assembling the furniture and clearing away all the packaging. Full marks for Executive Home Delivery!

Although the delivery was delayed a little over an hour due to the weather conditions I was not too fussed about the timing at least the delivery team had a good sense of humour and they were very nice and friendly and treated me with respect- excellent service guys 👍

On time delivery. The 2 men were very polite and carried my bed in with great care both for the bed and the carpets and furniture. Assembled perfectly and took away all the packing.

Delivery arrived on time, I got a call early in the morning with a confirmed delivery slot and was surprised it arrived early. Very helpful team, they unwrapped and brought in furniture without a problem. Very polite and helpful. Cannot thank them enough. Excellent service wish I could give you more than 5stars. Thank you!

Delivery men very helpful and nice. This redeemed the fact the bed is over one week late. Ordered on 14th Nov, advised delivered between 19th - 22nd Nov. No apology, message or notification of delay. I had to contact company direct on 27th Nov, and the bed arrived today! Customers should not be able to purchase items that are not in stock, no option to purchase elsewhere when bed did not arrive. yet and this should be made clearer in Marketplace via B&Q. Company lacks customer value in terms of customer value or care. I have not experienced this before purchasing a big item. Reluctant to use B&Q as a result

Great guys delivered my bed and unlike some companies, they did bring the heavy boxes up the flights of stairs to my home. Very pleasant Scottish gentlemen, cannot fault delivery.

Contacted prior to delivery to give a time window, arrived within that window. Very quick and efficient, took care to cover shoes , placed items where we wanted them and took all packaging away with them.
