Exceed has been brilliant in the lead up to our wedding day, and Wez our DJ was great! The pre-wedding phone call with Wez put me at ease straight away. I was so worried that due to only having 60 guests we wouldn't have much of a "party" in the evening but we certainly did!! Wez read our guests perfectly and we all had such a good time dancing and singing along to some amazing songs choices. He took the time before the music began to introduce himself with a hug and congratulations and talked us through exactly what to expect for the rest of the evening. We had a brilliant day and can't thank Wez and Exceed enough for their part they played in it.

From the start of our wedding planning Exceed were amazing to work with. Our experience with Wez was fantastic, he listened to all our requests and spent time speaking to us about what vibe we wanted for our wedding evening do and fulfilled those request and used his expert experience to make sure my husband and I , as well as our guest had the most fun time! We would definitely recommend exceed and Wez!!

We had Paul as our DJ for our wedding and cannot say how brilliant he was. From start to finished guests were on the dance floor!! I cannot fault exceed for their customer service from zoom calls to texts, no questions were left unanswered. Paul brought our big party night do to life and there was none stop praise from our guests in the morning, songs to suite everyone and allot of sore legs from dancing !!

Exceed have been excellent all the way through planning our wedding and providing our evening entertainment. Ben was just brilliant, he listened to us and let us do our own thing. The music and lighting was amazing and our guests were on the dance floor with us all night. Thank you so much Ben and Exceed!

Amazing company to work with for our wedding. From the day we booked right up until the wedding the service was amazing! Wez our DJ & host was incredible, from the call introducing himself, to meeting all our requests, there was never a dull moment in the day. He even found his two long lost brothers in the groom & best man (haha). The two saxophonists & percussionist was amazing! Really brought the vibe we wanted for the wanted to create. DJ Stephen literally made our wedding he knew exactly what we wanted and he delivered that and more. Such lovely people to cooperate with. Absolutely epic atmosphere and the dance floor was never empty! Kristix is the absolute best don’t hesitate in booking these guys! PHENOMENAL.

Mike was our DJ for our wedding this August and we are so grateful he was! He took the time before our wedding to talk through the types of music we like/don’t like and talked us through how he planned to run the evening and made sure we were happy. On the day he had the whole room up dancing and just having the best time. So many of our guests commented on how good he was and how they didn’t want the music to stop! Truly, Mike did not disappoint! Thank you for giving us the best end to our wedding day!

We was allocated DJ Mike from Exceed Events for our wedding on 02/08/24 at Mytton Fold. Mike got hold of us a week before the wedding for a run through of how the evening would go with him, this helped settle our nerves and made us feel comfortable. Cometh the day prior to starting his set he had another chat with us and confirmed everything, we found this again very professional and really friendly. Throughout the evening Mike played wedding belters exactly what we asked for and kept the party flowing really well. The music was top tier and the mixing was really good. All our guests commented on how class he was and how he made the evening a party atmosphere. Thank you !!!!

Myself and my husband got to know the exceed team through our venue. Honestly from start to finish the team went out of there way to make us feel special and comfortable. Their communication was excellent and as we lived round the corner we attended or meeting face to face. On the night of our wedding we had the amazing Wez as our DJ and we also had Nick in the saxophone. These 2 works incredible together. People were on the dance floor all night.. including myself. Nick’s energy was amazing he is so so talented! Wez communicated with us the week of the wedding which was great and he fully understood the vibe we wanted at our wedding. He did not disappoint! Thank you to the whole team but especially thank you to Wez and Nick for making our night unforgettable! X

Exceed have everything you need to make your evening reception come to life. Our Dj Ste was amazing he did everything possible to make sure that our night was the perfect one for not only us but our guests. He had a phone call with us that lasted 40 minutes, a genuine, nice down to earth guy. Wanting to know a little bit about us, what we like, what we don’t like and offering his advice as a professional who has done plenty of weddings. We were so relieved when he said he was very particular and wanted everything just right because we’re also that way. He looked very smart which I think is important at a wedding and he did not disappoint with his work. A really nice gesture from him was a video clip he made from behind the decks of all the little moments captured throughout our evening, which was just so lovely to see. We also added on the magic photo mirror which is just amazing value for money! Our guests had so much fun with this and we took so much joy in receiving the photos seeing how much fun our guests were having throughout our night. & Jamie was super friendly and helpful supervising everyone having there photos done. We also added on a sax, well this is a MUST if within your budget she was absolutely amazing and so many guests were blown away by this. Exceed events were also great to communicate with making everything as easy as possible. We cannot thank you enough!

We used the DJ service and Josh did my wedding at the Shireburn Arms. After another wedding a couple of weeks ago where the JD (Not Exceed related) refused to even take the brides requests we were very concerned about how ours might be similar, he was not, he called us up before to confirm the details took into consideration all we said and checked with the bride if there was something requested he thought we might not like. I dont dance (after first dance) but he even got me wailing away soberly to oasis at the end.

From booking, to phone calls to the online portal, booking with with exceed was stress free and simple. Our dj Mike was brilliant - super chill played exactly like what we wanted and hyped up the party big style! We’d told Mike we wanted our wedding reception to be one big party and he did not disappoint! He even mixed in some of my favourite pop punk songs which made me so happy! His mixes and sets were amazing and everyone commented on how personable he was too!

Josh was the DJ for our evening wedding reception. We'd had a phone call with him a few days prior and spoke about songs we'd like and the vibe we wanted. He met our requests and definitely exceeded out expectations. There was a great atmosphere and vibe all evening with the majority of guests on the dance floor. We also had a saxophone player later in the evening which just enhanced the experience for us, thank you so much.

Josh was excellent dj he kept us informed of what we needed to know and adapted to changes he was great friendly and made everything fun Thank you Josh

Ben was our allocated DJ for our wedding on the 16th August. He was extremely attentive to our taste and helped with some special mentions too. He dedicated songs to people and kept the party going. He worked in perfect Synergy with our Saxophonist Paddy Higginson. I would totally recommend Ben and his services! Thanks for keeping the party going Ben 😁

Paul was our DJ for our wedding at Mitton Hall. Paul was fab from start to finish, including the call we had before hand to go through all the details. Leah was also amazing in the run up helping us with all the booking arrangements. On the night Paul totally got the vibe we wanted to go for and set the tone for the night starting with introducing the first dance and cake cut. Everyone commented how good the evening party was and the dance floor was never empty! Thanks again Paul was great to have you there!

Exceed Events were excellent from the moment we booked them through our venue. The communication I experienced via email was easy and quick and I had two phone call consultations with them, one shortly after booking and one the week of the wedding with our DJ Zech Morgan which put me at ease. On the evening, Zech was brilliant and so vibrant. He kept the dance floor full from the evening reception beginning until our venue closed for the evening. Lots of guests complimented our DJ and said the music was fantastic and had lots of throwbacks throughout the evening which was exactly what we wanted. Thanks again Zech :)

Absolutely fantastic!!!! The company was so easy and lovely to work with, walked us through what we did or didn’t need for our wedding, communication was excellent throughout. The magic mirror is a must, all our guests had so much fun with that and it was lovely to have a copy of each picture for a guest book. But Ben the Dj was absolutely amazing!!! He really took the time to understand what type of music/ vibe we wanted and 100% delivered! Everyone was dancing all night!!! Thank you to everyone at exceed and thank you Ben!

Exceed Events were recommended to us via friends/family & so happy we went ahead with them. They have a wide range of entertainment to cater for all events, not just weddings. We had a DJ & Saxophonist in the evening & from start to finish Exceed Events we're accommodating and easy to contact. We had Paul as the DJ & Jamie as the Saxophonist which both together were absolutely amazing & all our guests (varied ages) loved them both. We really appreciated the phone call pre-wedding day with Paul to discuss music tastes, the vibe & also the portal to add/request music was great to share with friends & family too! Can't fault Paul, Jamie, Leah and all the team. We will be very happy to recommend to any friends or family in the future. Thankyou again!
