Martyn and team were absolutely incredible - they did such an amazing job on the night. The music was insane reflected by the packed dance floor all night!! Jim, the Saxophonist was outstanding - had so many fabulous compliments from friends. Experience from start to finish was excellent. Thank you so much!! Libby had a ball :-)
We can't thank exceed enough. We recently had them for our wedding and from the very start they were amazing! Made contact with us as soon as we booked them and their communication throughout was brilliant. Even on the day our DJ Wez introduced himself and talked us through how things were going to run. Most importantly kept people up dancing until the very end! Thanks again everyone! You were amazing ❤️
Our experience with Exceed was great throughout. Exceed kept us informed and listened to our requests and explained all of our options. Our evening was fantastic thanks to our DJ Ben and the saxophonist Martin. Both were completely seamless within our night and made sure all of our guests and us had the best time, which we did! We had good communication from Exceed as soon as we booked with them and especially the week lead8 g up to our wedding. Wes, our DJ was brilliant, helpful and kept checking in with us. Our Wedding Day was 25.3.23 The service was brilliant from start to finish and everything was very organised. Our DJ was Tom and he was amazing! He had everyone up dancing all night and absolutely loved the music he put together for us! Highly recommended 😊
Exceed were exceptional from start to finish. Communication was excellent and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Leah talked us through how to upload song choices etc. and this was so simple to do. Ben our DJ Maestro for the night contacted us the week before to talk us through the night and get to know our music likes and dislikes. On the night Ben’s DJ set was outstanding - not only did he play our favourites, he read the room and ensured a fantastic night was had by all. I’ve got blisters on my feet to prove it!! We even had him reading out the lottery results - he went above & beyond. He even left us a cheeky voice message on our audio guest book, clocking his hours 😆 Truly one of the nicest guys you’ll meet! We had the Hollywood Magic Mirror too which was a great hit - ‘manned’ all night by a fab Exceed colleague who made sure everyone got a good photo to take home & one in our album too. Oh, The up lighting really added to the ambience on the night. So so much good to talk about… can we do it all again. I can’t recommend Exceed enough - absolutely outstanding service! Thank you Forgot to add, we also had our name in lights - looked perfect!
Amazing service and organisation - Ben our DJ was brilliant - contacted us earlier to go through our expectations and discuss music options for the night. Really good humour and delivered on the night. Highly recommend.
Exceed were so professional right from the original booking, emailing to make sure all details were correct and setting up a call to run through the evening. I found the portal easy to use and helpful to think about what songs we and our guests wanted. On the night Tom was an amazing DJ and kept everyone on the dance floor. Would 100% recommend thank you!
I couldn’t have asked for much better!! We had the best day & used Exceed throughout! Wez is an absolute superstar, we love him! He was our host throughout the day & then our DJ at night! He’s so thoughtful and knew exactly what music to play. He sorted the day brilliantly for us and listened to everything! We had performers in the evening & WOW! Everyone loved it & had never seen anything like it before! All I can say is.. thank you so much! You made our day incredible!!
I would 100% highly recommend Exceed events, We booked our wedding 2 years ago in which our DJ came as part of our package, and honestly it was a stress-free experience from start to finish as everything was in one place (you are given an online portal) which was an absolute godsend. We decided to book the magic mirror for our guests which they all loved. I just want to say a huge thank you again for being a big part of our day and being on hand to answer any questions we had leading up to our wedding day 🙂 All the best, Jess & Michael.
We had Wez as our Dj at our wedding and he was amazing, from great communication before hand to on the day. Very easy to talk to and even played our random requests! The dance floor was never empty and going by the amount of people with sore feet the next day from dancing, they all had an amazing time! Thank you so much Wez and I only wish we could do it again!
We had Steve for our wedding and he was such a lovely person and took the time to call us the week prior to our wedding. He listened to our wishes and our taste in music and understood the atmosphere we were trying to create. He was lovely with our guests, enthusiastic and played songs we had requested for specific moments (e.g. First dance). He helped to keep the transitions of the night with the odd announcement at an appropriate time but he was very focused on making a great set and our guests commented on the playlist and how much fun they had. Thank you for listening to us and for making sure our wedding reception was so much fun.
We had the best wedding night thank you to Wez our DJ, sax & bongos all arranged through Exceed! Wez was amazing played everything we asked for, no cheese 🤣. We loved it our guests loved it and are still talking about how good it was! The sax and bongos were unreal. We also had the dancefloor and magic mirror which again were everything we would have hoped for and more! I can’t thank exceed enough! Highly recommend!!
Couldn’t have been more pleased with Exceed! The process prior to the wedding was seamless and using the website to upload our songs was a really quick way to share the requests we’d collected from our guests! Wez was our DJ on the night who was incredible. Before the day he gave us a call to run through everything and made us feel really at ease and excited for the day! Then on the night he was great at chatting to us before he went on and then kept the room alive all night! We also had Nick as our saxophonist who’s energy was electric! He danced to every song he was playing and really made the atmosphere what it was. Everyone commented on how incredible they both were. My advice to everyone would be to hire a sax!! Thanks Exceed!
Wez our DJ was one of the main reasons why our wedding day was so amazing, he played every request and the dance floor was never empty. He did such a great job accommodating the saxophone and bongo player we had hired too. He rang and spoke to us a couple days before the wedding to make sure everything was right and we were happy. Top bloke and top DJ, would highly recommend.
We booked Exceed events for our wedding entertainment and honestly could not recommend this company more!! The service from initial booking Covid postponements to the wedding day was outstanding Leah and the team can’t do enough to help. We booked the hosting/dj and sax and percussion and omg these guys were absolutely amazing!! Our host/dj Wez is honestly a credit to the company what a great guy he is… so easy to get along with! When we first met him we felt like we had known him years we new we would get along instantly. He was there every step of the way checking in with us making sure we was ok in the build up then on the day he was phenomenal! Everyone said how fab he was!! His hosting was so good really made the day one huge party that we wanted even at the wedding breakfast!! Also the girls on sax and percussion…WOW!! They were epic!! Those girls totally brought the party to the wedding everyone loved it!!! The whole dance floor was packed!! I honestly cannot recommend this company enough to anyone they really are the BEST!!!! Thanks so much guys for helping make our wedding the day we had always dreamed of!!!!
Ben was our DJ at our wedding last night! He was absolutely incredible, played every request that was sent before our sax and percussionist came on and then worked amazing with them! Couldn’t recommend him or exceed events enough, they were a huge part of our day and the dance floor was NEVER empty from the minute the evening reception started!
I just want to say again a massive THANK YOU to you for helping us celebrate our special day, it was perfect. You are amazing and i am glad you where available to host our day. Words really cannot express how fantastic you are and how you made everyone welcome and put us all at ease. Nothing was a trouble for you, even with your wardrobe malfunction 😉 hahaha.
We hired Exceed for our wedding, we went for a DJ and Magic Mirror. From the start I spoke to Martyn who was really professional and friendly. Wes our DJ was great in what was very difficult circumstances as the groom fell ill before the party started! He worked around us to start when we wanted and he managed to keep the dance floor full (minus the groom!) We used the portal to post our song choices which was easy to use. Not forgetting Josh who did a great job working the Magic Mirror. Would highly recommend.
