We just had our special wedding at Mitton Hall and it was perfect in every way. We had a DJ called Josh from Exceed Events and he was just amazing. He could not do enough for us all night long. The music was exactly to our request and he entertained our guests really well. I can’t give him enough praise. Well done Josh and Exceed Events 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🫶
Wez from Exceed Events was an awesome dj from start to finish! Not only is he a seriously nice chap with some good tunes up his sleeve but he integrated seamlessly with other musicians including a singer, sax & bongos dude. I was contacted several weeks before the event by Wez to discuss ideas & preferences & he was at the end of the phone to answer any queries right up to the day of the event. We had Tom from exceed for our DJ at the wedding, he was absolutely outstanding and communicated with us before, during and after our big day. Prior to the wedding we sent in a playlist that we wanted for the party and the type of music we wanted played and he did just that! Guests from the wedding commented on how fantastic he was, I would certainly highly recommend!

We were recommended to Exceed Events through our wedding venue (Eaves Hall) we decided to upgrade and have a host with us all day to provide the entertainment and music and it was by far one of the best decisions we made. There was never a dull or quiet moment. Always something going, which is what we wanted. Our wedding day was amazing and i think without our entertainment it would not have had the same vibe. Our guests have commented at how amazing the day was and it was the best wedding they have ever been too which is the best compliment to receive. Tom was our host and DJ and he was absolutely incredible, absolute credit to Exceed. He has a true talent for what he does. Tom knew what the vibe was and played along to match. All the guests were involved during the day for the games etc. and by night the dance floor was never empty. We met with Tom before the wedding day and he is very friendly, professional and knows exactly how to get the party started. He let us know what was happening when we needed to know and took care of everything. We cant recommend and Thank Tom enough for everything. The guests have all complimented and said how amazing he was too. We have guests that are getting married this year who want Tom at their wedding. And then we chose to have a Sax player to finish the night off and Amber was INSANE, with Tom DJing and Amber on the sax the atmosphere was incredible. It was the best way to finish the most perfect day. Everything else that we had from exceed was also perfect - we had the light up letters and LED dance floor. All adding the beautiful finishing touches. Thank you so much and i cannot recommend you all enough.
I recently had the pleasure of having Paul Roberts as DJ for my 40th birthday party and Guy on sax. From the point of enquiry to the actual evening itself everything has been on point. Efficient, helpful and attentive. I was very clear on what I was looking for in terms of the vibe and atmosphere at my party and they more than delivered. I loved every minute of the evening and Paul read the room perfectly in terms of what music to play and when. Once Guy joined on Sax it took the night to another level. I’ve got memories to last a lifetime and everyone is still talking about how good a night was. I cannot recommend Paul, Guy and Exceed events enough. Thank you for making my party special.

Can not recommend exceed enough from start to finish they were absolutely amazing The actual night was awesome Wez read the room perfectly and the dance floor was never empty, as for the drums and sax that’s all everyone was commenting about how amazing they were Also the Photo Booth went down a treat so many good photos and laughs came from it I just wish we could do it all over again
We had really great experience with exceed from start to finish! We went to visit them at their base address to discuss any extras and they were more than accommodating and talked through everything they had to offer. We got the white light up dance floor and it really added something extra to what we wanted. We also got the uplights which created more character around the room. A week or so before the wedding we had a phone call from the DJ, Ste. He was really friendly and got to know our personal style to match our type of music to the wedding. On the wedding day he really delievered with the set and ticked all the boxes for the difference age ranges of our guests. Great night all round! Highly recommend 😊
From the first consultation with Leah, we knew that we’d picked the best entertainment for the evening of our wedding. The DJ, Wez, played a wide mix of music and everyone enjoyed a dance and singalong at points of the evening. Everyone really enjoyed the photo-booth! Some family members even took his details for other events! It was absolutely brilliant and I’ve loved looking back at our guestbook with all of the photos. The saxophonist, Jimmy, just topped the whole day off. He was a huge hit with everyone. What an outstanding talent! I wish that I could relive that section of the evening all over again. Thank you so much for making our wedding day extra fun and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Exceed Events to future couples!
Paul was brilliant. He played what we had requested but also read the dancefloor and played what would keep people dancing.
What a fabulous night! We booked a dj and magic mirror for our wedding party and from start to finish our experience with them was incredible. They were always really easy to communicate with before the day and on the night they brought the party! The setlist from the dj was unreal and everyone was on the dancefloor to the end of the night. Everyone loved the photobooth too
What a fantastic night! I can’t recommend DJ Tom and exceed events enough. Tom always kept the dance floor full and was fantastic at listening to requests and working them into his set. We used exceed for our wedding and have to say they create a very smooth process! The online portal makes it easy to choose a few songs you want, don’t want and special requests. Josh was our DJ and he was great! Really nice to chat with and knew what he was doing to make it completely stress free on the day. So many people said to us how they haven’t danced that much in ages! They loved the music and so did we. Highly recommend using this company and if you’re lucky enough to get Josh, make sure you have your dancing shoes ready!
We used exceed for our Wedding, Tom was our host for the day and then our DJ in the evening. From start to finish he was brilliant. We made late changes and requests and absolutely nothing was an issue for him. He added a real buzz to the day.....then came his DJ set!!! UNBELIEVABLE! Our dance floor was packed from start until finish, he was brilliant. We've had such good feedback from our guests. 100% recommend, don't look anywhere else, these are the guys to use!
Great all-round events company with exceptional customer service (pre and post event). We hosted a corporate event, managed by Tom and Josh, they were incredibly professional and their ability to interpret our vision and deliver certainly elevated the experience. I celebrated my 21st Birthday party and used exceed for the entertainment and I am so glad I did, all through the lead up to my party I was kept in the loop and the experience felt really personal to what I wanted. The use of the online portal meant it was so easy to upload music and playlists and helped my planned to go smoothly. We all had such an amazing time and everyone was up dancing throughout the night! We chose exceed for our wedding for their DJ and a sax player. From booking they were a breeze to have as vendors, we had a meeting to discuss what we wanted and we're then sent a link to their online portal that allowed us to put our favourite songs and artists on as well as songs we didn't want played. It was easy to use and if we ever had questions, exceed were easy to contact over email and got back to us promptly. On the day Wes and the sax player were nothing but amazing! They played everything we wanted and more and all our guests had nothing but praise for the pair of them and how much of great time they had! Thank you so much for an unforgettable night!
