Good sales team, but after they receive payment(Total order nearly USD200k) everything slowed down , never ever look for this company if your side need some urgent shipment , they are not accommodating and doesn’t bother about the urgency, never reply emails , ignoring calls and giving so many excuses but so many calls before payment is done , after payment done , we have to call them but they won’t be bothered to answer, worst ever supplier ever i worked with especially so called Customer Service Celine Wong from Singapore definitely not a pleasant experience to work with will think twice before dealing with this company again

Bonjour, J'ai commandé un écran XBTN401 et j'ai reçu un câble. Je me suis basé sur le prix du devis pour faire une offre à notre client. Votre erreur de référencement nous met en difficulté pour trouver le matériel à un prix compatible avec notre offre. Pour le retour du produit erroné je n'ai pas rencontré de problème mais j'attend toujours le remboursement de ma commande. Cordialement
