Material was sent to wrong delivery address (our company in Switzerland instead of company in Germany). So we have to send the material between our companies what takes more time. And we get no confirmation to check this before material was sent. Positiv was only the time for the delivery. The material arrived was within a few days.
My inverter was sent and although there was a problem with it they sorted it very quickly thats all i want from a supplier things can happen but you need a quick solution
