We were promised ABB circuit breaker parts back in Dec 2022 after which the date was pushed back several times. They did not keep their promise and we did not get all our parts until June 2023!!! I am the Purchasing Manager for my company and this is the worst experience I've had with any supplier by FAR!! Very unpleased will NOT be using these folks again!!

The goods were delivered as agreed, the delivery date was met with a margin of several days. Initially, there was a lack of information about the current status of the order (from the time the order was placed until the goods left the headquarters in Germany). However, I always received information upon request.

Customer service and delivery time are very good. However, the price is disappointing. Most of them are higher than the price of other Industrial Whole salers or the market price of the corresponding country. So I give it 3 stars.

I emailed two requests (the initial request and a reminder email as I had no reply after 1 week, copied in two other contacts as well and still no quotation or information. This is not the EU Automation I am used to dealing with. Bets you sort this out pronto.
