Overall service was good but working on payment was less than desirable. I worked with the rep to have your company set-up in our system as a vendor to speed up the process and not have to use a credit card. But when I asked to do a Verbal for a PO I was being asked to send a PO# over for a $180 purchase. We generally only do our PO process for anything over $1000. So, I ended up having to purchase with a credit card
