It was my first time to use Escape 2 but it certainly will not be my last. From the first phone call Dawn Nolan the lady that i dealth with was so helpful. She explained everything s o well recommended sights and things to do that I would never have thought of doing. And the savings we made were amazing. I recommend Escape 2 to everyone.

This company was great to travel with. I was able to design my holiday, select the best hotel options, they organised all my travel documents, visas, and any other travel requirements. They were very efficient and prompt and all my travel arrangements were terrific. A great holiday.

Anna Quinn of Escape2 was extremely helpful when I sought advice on booking a holiday this year. She was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient and it was a pleasure to deal with her.

Flights and hotel booked were of really excellent quality. It was easy to book and very competitively priced with a low deposit which was the reason we eventually went with this company over competitors. Also, when my husband lost his tablet on board our cancun flight, escape2 liaised between ourselves and BA and were very helpful in organising its return. The downside was that we wanted to fly from Dublin but back to Glasgow. We were told that the only possible route was Dublin-London/London-Cancun and then the same in reverse which meant we had to get an additional flight from Dublin to Glasgow out of our own pockets. We were actually told that there were 'no connections into London Gatwick' but BA (who we were flying with) actually had a London Glasgow flight that linked up with our journey home. When we realised this on the day of our honeymoon, we contacted escape2 from the airport but they wouldn't change it, even though BA had already said we could change if it was okay with the travel agent. We didn't understand why they hadn't booked as we requested in the first place.
