The price I was initially quoted for our recent trip was promptly quoted to me & VERY REASONABLE. I was also aware that until a booking is made & confirmed the price quoted is not guaranteed. With this in mind I attempted through calling & emailing to confirm booking, however after a number of days, by the time a member of staff did get back to me in her words “ because we had nt confirmed the booking I’m afraid the price has increased slightly. I thought perhaps by €60, €70 €100 Max. This was not the case it was gone up by €500. We did proceed with the booking but the delay in the travel agent reverting to me, cost us ALOT of money. Money that we could have spent when we were on holiday. We did have a wonderful holiday, accommodation, flights, transfers. I would have no hesitation in booking with escape2 again

Escape to Europe at ease and good price

Our recent trip to Dubai organised through Escape2; Everything went so smoothly, Emirates were a first class airline, our collection arranged from Dubai International Airport to bring us to our hotel was on-time, pleasant, and informative albeit that it was in the early hours of the morning. Our check-in at the hotel was seemless again at early hours of the morning and the hotel I have to say was in the perfect location, central, close to the beach and generally it was a very good hotel with great restaurant options and food in all was of a great quality and indeed plentiful. Would I recommend this hotel ? yes, would I recommend All Inclusive in this hotel ? yes and would I recommend it from a location perspective ? yes. Our collection for the Safari Trip was punctual and the trip itself is something that has to be done while in Dubai - we were lucky enough to partake in a camel ride. We went to the Burj Khalifa one evening and as part of that outing went to Dubai Mall while on another evening we went to the Emirates Mall so we had a little shopping too. Another day we went on a visit to the Old Town and a district called Kurama where we did some very successful handbag/wallet type shopping. Our collection for return to the Airport, same driver, was on-time and again was a very pleasant journey. Would I return to Dubai ? most definitely - it's a great place to visit and would I use your company again ?, indeed I would.

I felt that the company did not provide us a high standard of service. We had several issues with our booking, and the responses were not adequate. We booked our trip to Mexico through this company. They tried to charge us a €100 charge to use our card to pay for the holiday, which they said the bank charges them, I checked with the bank and they don't charge it, so escape2 no choice but to drop the charge. They sent us links to check in for our flights online and other holiday information, but didn't inform us that you couldn't actually check in online, you had to check in at the airport. Eu route to Mexico we had a stop over in New York but the flight from New York to Mexico was delayed, and so we decided to let the transfer company know that we would be delayed, only to find out the transfer company hadn't been paid and we would have no bus transfer when we arrived to bring us to the hotel. The hotel itself was amazing and we had a great time there, the staff could t do enough for you at the dreams playa mujeres they were great. But finally on our way back we had a stopover in North Carolina on the way back, but escape2 did not leave enough time between flights. We had to literally ask people could we skip security and run the length of the airport with my partner running ahead to ask them to hold the flight as it was closing. All in all inadequate service from escape2 I wouldn't use them again.

I have used this travel company for the past five years.Excellent value and customer service .I am a completely satisfied customer.Where visas were needed this was all applied for and completed on my behalf.Plane seats booked inadvance for me .Hotels recommended and first class advice given on resorts etc
