I had made a booking and realised that night that the return leg from the flight had a long layover in Dubai (I’ve small kids), I was due to call the travel agent the next day but before I had a chance to they (Claire) called me to discuss the long layover and would I like to change it. I can’t speak highly enough of the service I got and as well as the flights being changed and the hotel booking being changed Claire actually saved us some money which was very welcomed. It’s great to see excellent customer service is alive and well! Take a bow Claire.

Dealt with Claire to arrange long distance flights at short notice and with some special requests. To say she was excellent would be an under statement. Due to her knowledge, clarity and efficiency it was a refreshingly stress free experience. Highly recommend Claire and Escape2.
