Was very good last year but unfortuneately this year have had to chase staff to respond to emails by telephoning them whilst abroad and after I have booked and paid money have had to chase staff to send my intineary not good.Have ended up talk to three different sales consultants no consistency!!!!Dissapointed that customer service has gone down.

My Mom & I are going to Australia in 100 days to see my sister, brother-in-law & their baby which is due in May!! I want to say a huge thank you to Sarah Wynne for all her help that she provided me with over the last few weeks. As it is our first time flying to there, we were nervous but Sarah reassured me on everything. She is so professional & is an amazing person to deal with through phone & email. She very promptly answered all my queries. I will truly recommend Escape 2 & especially Sarah in the future.

We are going to Mexico in 9 months I couldn't be happier with escape2! I sent them an email, talking about how I wanted to go to Mexico, to this specific hotel, I told my budget, knowing that probably what I wanted was going to be over it. This lovely lady called Simone answered me pretty quickly with all the information and prices on the exact hotel I wanted and, surprisingly, under our budget because the flying company had some nice offers! Since we booked it that I pop up random questions that come to my mind and Simone answers me almost immediately always in such a nice way, I couldn't recommend you guys enough!

Thank you Louise Brennan for helping me with my recent vacation planning. Our trip isnt your straightforward trip. She helped us get a great price and was very quick at answering any questions or changes I wanted to make. There was also no pressure from her to get it booked straight away. And having a lower deposit for a family of four helped in our decision to book with your company.

I Dealt with Sarah, very professional and helpful. Got me the holidays I wanted. Only issue was waiting on documentation and receiving emails from Escape re holidays and Insurance not being booked even though I had already booked so a bit of a clitch in their system causes a bit of confusion but Sarah was excellent.

Simone was the agent we booked our trio to Thailand and Dubai. She is fantastic!!! The price and hotels are amazing, and she was so honest letting us know what was worth or not to do. Now let's wait until April when we travel to experience all this.

On recommendation from a friend I made contact by phone to get quotes on flights for 2 people to Brisbane. The first girl Joanne I made contact with was so helpful and took time to answer my questions, she also followed up with email with quotes . Myself and my sister decided to travel from Westmeath to head office in Dublin 3 days later to complete our booking to Australia and pay in full . Joanne sent an email to say she was off that day Saturday and we we're told to ask for louise. Unfortunately our experience with louise was less than satisfactory . Firstly we had a long wait , she was the only one dealing with travel to Australia . Initial contact with her was not great felt like she did not have time to spend with us , and was more focused on just get the booking complete ..... we felt a bit disheartent with her lack of effort and attention to our concerns and queries .......giving our excitement traveling to Australia for the first time we had a lot of questions which did not sit go down to well given her body lanuage and facial expression throughout our conversation and after paying for our flights in full when wanting extra information on hotels in Dubai she made us feel like we were giving her extra work she did not really want to do and reluctantly turned the screen around so we could see the hotel she had mentioned quickly clickinh on some photos we could see ..... with the negative vibe experienced we just said we would check hotel options out ourselves so it wasnt as pleasant as we hoped it would be. However, was delighted on the Monday to receive email from joanne the first girl I made contact with given information on hotels I had previously requested by email before we went in to finalise our travel arrangements. Disappointing experience . Anyhow are flights our booked, just waiting to receive our tickets and still deciding on best hotel options for our stop over in Dubai going and coming back. I came across this website just casually browsing through holidays to lift some January blues with not much intention of booking anything just yet. The range of Caribbean holidays at affordable prices peaked my interest and I had to know more. I put a request in for a relatively open ended quote for any destination around the Caribbean. Sarah Wynne Case back with a holiday to Cancun at a wonderful resort and I had to know more. It is at this point I found Sarah to be absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful and generous with her time. She was very informative and extremely helpful and she also understood while I found the prices affordable it is still quite a sum of money, however when discussing further with her it all felt too good to be true, I had to book the holiday there and then! The ability to be able to pay off the holiday over the next few months really is a brilliant aspect to the whole process. This is the first time in 10 years I’ve used a travel agent, typically organising my own directly with airlines and hotels etc. However, I think this may be a thing of the past as this had to be the most stress free and enjoyable experiences I have ever had in booking a holiday which is really how it should be! If all your staff are like Sarah, I cannot reccomend Escape2.ie enough! I’ve already been bragging about it in work and at home! Well done guys, keep up the good work!
