I was really struggling to order a new card for a new member of staff as I didn't realise the Equals team needed to approve the delivery address. I have ADHD and often struggle when I feel under pressure or if I feel I'm getting something wrong, in these moments I can become overwhelmed and not think clearly or follow simple instructions. I spoke to Patrick and disclosed my ADHD and he was absolutely brilliant. He didn't start doing the very slow talking or patronise me he just asked what I needed him to do to support me and I felt immediately at ease. My heart rate went down and he walked me through what I needed to do. Patrick was professional, helpful, empathetic and friendly and I feel very clever!😂

We had a member of Staff overseas on a School trip and their card was not working. As I am unable to see immediate transactions, Ben was extremely helpful in letting me know that the card had not been used or compromised. We were able to establish the other card, with the team, was working and that the funds on the first card could be transferred as a solution. Really appreciated the help, advice and swift resolution to our problem.

Vishal answered my telephone call promptly. He had a professional, pleasant telephone manner and answered my query efficiently. A welcome difference compared to my experience with the telephone customer service offered by many other organisations.
Incoming funds were delayed being applied to our account. After a short delay Equals got right on it and resolved it and told me straight it away. Communication was good.
