Nomfundo Nkosi was very quick to respond to my concerns that I had added an amount 3 times to my fair FX card. I was put at ease within an hour or so of placing my concerns. I thought i had purchased thre time £1000, this person reassured me the other 2 transactions were not done. I did get to sleep easy :-) Thank you so so much

I found the Support via the App Chat facility extremely helpful. I had an issue with a linked card user not being able to access their account to update their PIN. I needed to update their email address and this was all done smoothly behind the scenes within a day while we were physically on holiday using the card. Brilliant that we didn't have to await receipt of a new card to get this resolved.

The staff I have dealt with have always been polite, friendly and helpful. Transactions have been straightforward and swiftly dealt with - hence my satisfaction and continued use of their service.

I would give them less than one star if that was possible, terrible experience was bullied into buying a worse rate than everyone else. They told me a day earlier that i would get a better rate thus opened the account with them. But on the next day they said the rate had gone down. I was then told that the rate would decrease further and the rate i was getting was a great deal still. I then was bullied into taking the rate with fear the rate would even decrease more if i held out. I followed through with the transaction based on this only to find out after the call that i have now lost out on over £3000 on a single transaction with them. I called the individual "John" back and i was told well you were happy with rate!" i did explain to him if you listened to the call i was far from happy and reluctantly accepted only down to the fear you put into me that the rate had fallen and would fall further. So his choice of word where completely incorrect. I also then explained this was going to be the first of many transactions i would be needing to carry out and his dishonesty and sales bullying would mean i will be looking for other organisation in the future. Only when he found out that this was going to only the first of many transaction i had planned he changed his tune and started saying we will next time search out the best rate across all internet dealers and match them. Which was meant to have been done initially. This is my first dealing in this type of business and with equals money it will likely be the last. My bank would have charged me a fraction of the cost of dealing with Equals money. I recommend to everyone to stay away from these individuals.

Slight issue loading funds onto card...but quick phone call...sorted very quickly and efficently ...superb customer service
