I found the service from Adam at Equals excellent. He responded very quickly to questions and put me at ease with the queries I had, particularly important given this was the first time I had used the online system. The funds got from my UK bank, to Equals, and on to my Australian bank very quickly, barely more than a day which was great. A competitive exchange rate too. One minor area for improvement is making it easier to find the sort code/ account number for the Equals account; while it is on the website it is not particularly obvious where to find it. Maybe have a button with 'click here for our bank account details for your deposit' or something similar. But overall I was very happy with the service, thanks Adam!
I'm a customer of Equals Money, formerly known as FairFx, for many years. I used to live and work in the UK, but moved to Germany in 2014. I compared service and rates with similar companies back then (and since every few years) and find their service (and rates) not only better than others, but exceptionally good. Sir, Whereas my account contact Adam Cobbald is always available to help me when I wish to make transfers, unfortunately your IT department does not live up to the same standards. As I live most of the time out of the UK I rely on the use of my iPad for my financial dealings. I am surprised to learn that an iPad does not always allow me to form a transaction and not allow me sometimes to gain entry into my account. The same applies to the iPhone. It is after all 2021! Also it should be possible for my transfers to go by Sepa without always having to phone Adam for a transfer to make up for the fee.

I use the Equals Money FX platform four or five times a year. I check rates against other providers and the rates are consistently better than elsewhere. The platform is easy to use and settlement is quick.
It’s not something I’m very used to doing but I was walk through the process on the telephone by Adam who was extremely helpful and patient, wonderful service and of course a great rate to convert the significant amount of funds I was nervous to do so. Can thoroughly recommend

Great customer service. A dedicated account manager. The expense management system works well for global team. My staff in the UK and Benin get the same service. Business transactions are done as it should be seamless and without delays. All our inquiries are answered very quickly. It is a great cost effective system for SMEs.

Have been using Equals Money to transfer money to my overseas euro account since the beginning of 2021 and have found the service easy and hassle free together with good rates and very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend One recommendation would be if they had an App to make the process even better.
Very simple to use now. Back up quick and efficient from office if needed and personal contact helps. Would be good if RWF were available online but their availability at all is better than most.
