Previously I would speak to a team member at equals money who was very helpful securing the best rate. The guy I dealt with has left and I was told to deal online and I would obtain an even better rate, which was not the case. Following placing the order, I found several other companies offered better rates. I shall not be dealing with them in future.

The user interface is modern, easy to navigate, nothing that is confusing or irrelevant to me. I made a euro transfer to Belgium in 3:30pm. The recipient received it next day around 2pm. I look forward to trying out equals money’s other functions/products soon.
