I received an email from Equals Money ( I am an existing customer) regarding a change to their bank account details. I used the chat facility on their website to ask about a specific point. The facility worked well (though there was a slight delay in getting a response) and I received the information I needed without any fuss. I offered some feedback about the original email I had received, and this was accepted graciously and I felt that it would be passed on to the relevant team. I have used Equals Money for a FX of 400k CAD into GBP and 400k EUR into GBP and everything went very smoothly. A special thanks to George who was very helpful and set up my company account in a handful of minutes and dealt with my orders very professionally throughout. Obviously it is always a touch nerve wracking dealing with a large transfer through a company that you haven't used before but George and the traders (plus other Trust Pilot reviews) gave me confidence. The spreads on the FX trades were at a level I thought was reasonable i.e. they make a profit and I get a very good rate. The communication by email is very good. Equals Money immediately acknowledge your trade in an email and then there is another email when they confirm receipt of your funds and then shortly after you get a confirmation email of funds sent to your account. Highly recommended!
