We wanted to replace our downstairs WC so a small job. The quote was very reasonable for this and the work was undertaken quickly and tidily. Would always recommend Epic Heating for any job however big or small.

It was by a recommendation that I chose this company to carry out the refit of the bathroom, en-suite and cloakroom and they completed the work perfectly and on time. There was a small issue which Harry rectified, but other than that all went smoothly.

Great guys from Epic Installations. I couldn't get anyone to come out and replace just one radiator but Epic would do it. They turned up on time, did the work, cleaned up afterwards, took all the rubbish and old 'bits' away and they stuck to their quote! There was a little problem afterwards with the system needing to be balanced so they came back and sorted it without any hassle. I've used this company twice now and I will definitely use them again.

Epic have recently finished the complete refurbishment of our cloakroom , main bathroom and bedroom en-suite - and we are absolutely delighted with the quality of the work and the finish in every room!! Steve and all the team involved couldn’t have been more professional and helpful throughout the entire process if they tried ! Once Steve had been down to look at and survey the rooms we wanted to change - we met him at their showroom where he patiently answered all our questions and actually gave us a lot of great advice too . We chose everything we wanted eg baths , shower heads , tiles , shower enclosures , flooring , basins , toilets, taps , towel rails, mirrors , floor/wall cabinets , even toilet roll holders !! etc etc and within a week Steve had sent us a price and a timeline for the work . The price was very reasonable and the potential start date was only approx 6 weeks away too . We accepted the quote then received a detailed work plan that included dates for electrical work , plastering , decorating and the order of the work for each room - brilliant ! . Oscar was the main fitter who did the majority of the work and he, along with Holly, who worked with Oscar a couple of days each week , were fantastic - they both worked really hard and to the highest standards from start to finish - and as I said earlier we are absolutely delighted with the quality of the work and finish in every room - brilliant ! Steve also popped in each week to make sure we were happy and that everything was going to plan . Epic have proved to be a fantastic company who put the customer first in every aspect - and I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants their bathrooms/ toilets revamped - you will not regret it !

A very satisfied customer! Epic Installations created an absolutely beautiful en suite shower room for me. They made the entire process stress free and the result is perfect. The price was very reasonable considering the amount of work, and everyone who’s seen it has been bowled over.

We booked Epic for a complete refurbishment on our very old bathroom. They came highly recommended and Steve was helpful and friendly from the outset. The bathroom refit ran like clockwork, including the scheduling of the electrician, plasterer and decorator. Harry was a star and worked flat out to complete the job pretty much single-handedly - his skills were superb, including blocking half a window to make room for a shower and it was a pleasure to have him in the house. Our new bathroom is absolutely beautiful and I can’t stop looking at it! We thoroughly recommend them.

Had Steve come round to service my boiler, would give more than 5 stars if I could, his professional manner is amazing and completed the service in time for school pick up just as he promised. Not my first time using epic heating and most certainly won't be the last

I would Just like to say thank you to Epic for your proffessional approach from start to finish of solving my heating problem. Tracy came in, listenened carefully to my observations of my heating system problem. He explained everything to me went over and beyond to help me understand, set my mobile thermostat to my lifestyle. Tracy in my opinion is an outstanding,very knowledgable member of your company. Moreover, he is polite,respectful,patient with a friendly approach. PS I had 3 plumbers over the last 2 years who could not find the problem @ a cost of £70 per visit!! plus the heating being left to run inefficiently.

I have used the team at EPIC a number of times, and have found them to be extremely professional, friendly and more than competent at their job. I have seen the work they have done for me, including boiler faultfinding, installation and servicing, and I have also seen the quality of their bathroom installations. All work is top-notch in my opinion. My latest job was for an awkwardly positioned tap in a basin in a small toilet. The communication to select a replacement tap, discuss the photos I sent and what the job might entail, through to estimate and acceptance was done in a timely and professional manner. The job itself was completed on time and under the estimate due to the engineer’s work to find a quicker install method. The price saving was passed to me automatically. I would not hesitate to use EPIC Installations again and recommend their work wherever I get the chance.

Prompt service and good communication

Had a full bathroom refurbishment done by Epic team. The whole process was so easy, they came and measured up, you visit the show room and they help pick out what you want, giving honest advice about choices. They stuck to the date they said they would arrive and 8am that morning Oscar arrived. They stuck to the 2week time frame and we had no issues whilst it was fitted. Oscar worked tirelessly and always tidied up prior to leaving each day. The electrician, plasterer and decorator were just as professional and the end result was a fantastic bathroom. I literally can not fault Epic installations and would recommend to anyone. 5 star company.

Epic have done work for us over the past 4 years : Underfloor Heating, Replacement Shower, Regular Boiler Service . Today they did a repair on a sink . Fixed within an hour of contacting them . Excellent service. Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending 👍

We used Epic for our two bathrooms. They did a fantastic job through the whole process. They were always happy to sort out the couple of snags. We just used them again to fix a radiator which had a leak. Again, they were timely and friendly. I would definitely recommend.
