Epic are the pretty much the perfect plumbing company. They're easy to get hold of, polite, and friendly. They always explain what problems are and what the solutions entail, and their quotes are clearly broken down so you know what you're paying for. Most importantly the prices are fair and jobs are always done to a very high standard. If you have any problems they're always willing to reattend and check things over, without being a pain about it.

An excellent experience from start to finish. A new central heating boiler discussed which would meet the needs of my current situation. Brilliant advice given on which product suited my house and central heating system. A quote was given within a few days and the work was completed a week later. Workmen arrived on time at 8.00 am. They covered all the hallway carpet, dicusssed what they were going to do and got on with the job. Work completed by approx 3.30 pm. Everything was cleared and cleaned up by the workmen - no mess at all left behind. Before they left they explained the new system to me and how it operated. A fantastic friendly company who know what they are talking about. They were recommended to me and I without reservation would highly recommend their services. Thank you Epic Heating for a brilliant job!! I look forward to working with you again in the near future.

Both engineers who came to our house were honest and trustworthy young men. The engineers were knowledgeable about their product range and helped us to select the correct product to suit the size of our house. The price that they quoted to do the job was fair and the work was carried out to a high standard. Our new boiler was fitted quickly and efficiently. The engineers didn't leave any mess (hooray!) and made sure we properly understood the functionality of the boiler before leaving us. We had a new flu fitted to vent to the outside of the house and the hole left by the old vent was repaired neatly. Epic Heating were a great company to work with and I give them my highest recommendation.
