Very reliable and high standard of work

As a small landlord of 25 years, I've found it increasingly challenging to find companies or individuals who will turn up when they say they will or even be bothered to come out and quote for a job, let alone actually get on and do the work to a high standard at a competitive rate. Fortunately, my sister recommended Epic Heating to me several years ago and since then they've carried out servicing and repairs to our heating system at home as well as servicing and gas safety checks for my rental property in Bristol. I've dealt with Jason and Steve mostly over the years but all the staff are polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Quotes for jobs have always been competitive and have tallied with the final price. On the rare occasion when there have been complications needing additional cost, Epic have explained the issue and waited for the go ahead before proceeding. Epic have always turned up when they say they're going to or let me know in advance if there is any change to times. Last year I needed a new boiler installation. I did some research to choose two additional companies to quote as well as Epic who I already used. One company said that they didn't have time to come out and look so could I send some photos. Quite apart from the fact that it wasn't a completely straightforward swap but the removal of an old system and a combi installation in a different location, with several different options, it didn't inspire me with confidence, so they were out of the frame. The second company came around, looked at the set up and recommended the most straightforward but least satisfactory solution and provided a quote. They weren't really interested in looking at other solutions. Jason came around, talked through all the options and explored a number of ideas with me. He sent an initial quote through. As a result of our earlier conversation, it seemed like there might be an additional option, so I called up to discuss the feasibility. Jason rejigged the quote and sent it through again. Not only was Epic's quote slightly cheaper but it was a much neater solution. Epic fitted the installation in between tenancies and did a very neat job. I was very pleased with the result and the heating system is still doing a brilliant job. In summary, I have no hesitation in recommending Epic Heating and I will continue to use them for my heating and plumbing jobs. I've got a bathroom refit coming up in the future and I shall certainly also ask them to quote for that as I know the work will be of a high standard!

Epic Heating installed a new boiler. The company did an excellent job and completed the work to time and budget. The staff were friendly and trustworthy. I would have given 5 stars but had to call them back due to gas smell after work was completed. However, they did come out immediately and rectify the fault.

Not having much faith in plumbers in general and after 3 failed attempts to sort out my boiler by others, what an absolute pleasure to find Epic heating ! These Guys really know how to restore your faith, from initial contact to the no sharp intake of breath as they quoted to repair my Bosch boiler at a fraction of the previous quotes,(they even turned up when the said they would ???), VERY pleased with the whole experience and will happily recommend to anyone.

Professional and reliable! I'm always impressed with how polite and professional all of the staff are, they complete the job to a high standard and always leave everything clean and tidy. They offer honest and reasonable quotes with no hidden costs, unlike others i have had the misfortune of dealing with. Epic have been excellent on each occasion and I would happily recommend them.
