Epic were amazing from start to finish. There was no hassle. They were really helpful and easy to contact if I had any queries or questions regarding the refit of my bathroom. The whole team were polite, efficient and skilled. I have no complaints and would highly recommend them for anyone thinking of refitting there bathroom or any other plumbing or heating needs.

Yet another great job by Steve and his team. Epic did our bathroom last year. Steve was brilliant from plan to build. Nothing was too much for Harry the fitter and the overall job was excellent. So good we got them to fit our new kitchen as well. The same attention to detail and the excellent customer service. Couldn’t be happier with the kitchen. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Epic to anyone.

Boiler service was organised and undertaken fine. Asked for some plumbing quotes after the service. It took from 28/8 till 2/10 for the quote to come through, and required that I chased for it by phone and email on 5 occasions - every excuse possible given for failure to provide the quote. Quote finally came through after a lot of phone calls but was £200 more than the company we ended up using. You really shouldn't have to chase heavily for a quote.

The plumbing itself was completed professionally, to a very good standard and promptly. For these reasons we will definitely use and recommend epic again. The only (minor) criticism is that we have left a number of messages requesting a call back regarding having our bathroom refitted, each time we are assured we will be called back but this is yet to happen.

Had Epic Heating out to sort out my Valiant Boiler which had stopped working. The guys were polite,with no mess and they had my boiler sorted in no time at a very reasonable rate. I'd definitely recommend these guys to all my friends Thanks guys

Another excellent service provided by Epic. Contacted them for advice in an emergency and they got me the answer within minutes. Always trust their advice and service. They maintain my boiler and fitted my whole heating system which has been running perfectly for 3 years now. Great guys

Epic Heating Ltd are the worst plumbers I have ever used. AVOID AVOID AVOID. They came to carryout a very simple electric shower installation and left it dangerous and damaged. They refused to acknowledge the work was sub-standard and massively overcharged. Will never go near them again. Bunch of cowboys.

My rented flat had been empty for a few months and just as it turns colder decided to test the central heating, dead ,stone dead no life whatsoever...,I got Steve's number from a friend of mine who had used Epic Heating before, right from the first phone call I felt confident I had rung rhe right company. Steve was very helpful and not at all condescending, he said it would be a few days but gave me a time when he could make it, and to my surprise was there 5 minutes earlier!, He diagnosed the fault , found the part and had the system up and running the same day and the bil was less than half what another plumber had quoted just to come and look at it! Epic Heating surpassed my expectations and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who has need of a professional Plumber,
