The purchase was an oak gate leg table. It was easy to find, order and pay for on the website. I was contacted to arrange delivery which, although a little later than the stated time slot, came on the day agreed and was competently delivered. The table is of very high quality both in materials and construction and I am very pleased with it.

I purchased 3 items of furniture from Ellis Home Interiors. One piece came in damaged. I contacted Ellis Immediately. They said they would send out someone to look at the damage and repair it. If they couldn't repair it they would replace the damaged item. It took weeks before anyone came over. E-mails back and forth. When it came to the repair, they repaired the damage and sprayed the damaged area with the wrong shade or cream. The chap said it was an old can of paint and he would come back and do it again with the right shade. He never. Ellis apologised but did nothing. I have requested a replacement but nothing happened. No compensation offer, Nothing. The company should be ashamed of themselves for treating customer this way.

Fabulous. Arrived in good time. Very well packaged. Excellent communications. I was a little anxious about the flatpack but instructions were clear and I managed to erect it by myself with little difficulty. I’m an elderly lady so my son had to tighten a few screws. Beautiful, cool seat under my apple tree and much admired by all visitors. Getting well used this hot summer!

We ordered this table after searching on the Net. I read the reviews and there were a couple of negatives but i could see through them as false. The table was delivered as scheduled by two guys that were helpful. We have had this table over a year now and have meals at it every day and it looks as good as the day we got it. The headboard I bought was sold by this firm at a really good price compared to some other suppliers. They weren't local to me but I took a chance and placed an order online. Their admin worked well, the item was delivered and is really lovely. I've had lots of compliments about the headboard - so thanks Ellis Home Interiors. I would recommend.

Received my furniture. All very well packed. Assembled, all parts received and looks great in the bathroom. Nice addition.

I had wanted this rug for ages and everywhere was sold out with no proposed date for when it would be back in stock. Then I found this company. Not only was it in stock but it was £30 cheaper than anywhere else. The rug arrived exactly when they said it would and was packaged extremely well. I would not hesitate to recommend this company

Very pleased with the little cupboard I purchased to fit into a small space in our Devon thatched cottage. Few problems with the delivery but this was due to being unable to coordinate a date when we would be down in Devon. Delivered to our Yorkshire home without a problem.
