Ordered jazz musician ornaments online. Communication with Ellis Home Interiors was excellent throughout. I received instant correspondence to say that the ornaments weren’t readily available, stating when they were expected, and received timely updates regarding any changes to delivery dates. The ornaments are exactly as I envisaged and I am very happy with my purchase.

Terrible quality kitchen table. The finish is non existent and can't handle a wet plate on it without going black. 2-week old table now completely unusable. Useless customer service. AVOID

We ordered a lamp table. Was very easy, we were informed by text when it was going to be delivered and also on the day the driver called to say they were on their way. They got here and opened the boxes and checked thoroughly that all was in excellent order. Definitely would use this company again. Thank you

Trustworthy, prompt, professional - everything you would want from a business. I ordered a chair from Ellis Home Interiors and a day later found it slightly cheaper elsewhere. Noticing their promise to beat any price I contacted Ellis and immediatly they honoured this commitment and refunded the difference. I recevied the chair a week or so later (much earlier delivery than expected) and whilst it was a really beautiful item it didn't fit with the room I had in mind for it so asked for a refund. I returned the item and received a call the next day to confirm receipt and initiate refund. I would not hesitate to use Ellis Home Interiors again for the quality of their products and the integrity of their service. I hope they flourish, they deserve to.

I ordered a super mirror through Ellis interiors. Unfortunately as the mirror came through a 3rd party , Ellis were unable to ensure that the packaging was appropriate so on 2 occasions the mirror arrived damaged and had to be returned. I ultimately asked for a refund and Kevin promptly sorted it out. Very helpful and even though I wasn’t successful with my purchase on this occasion will not hesitate to go back to them.

Me and my partner were looking for a large mirror that we can lean up against the wall for our hallway. I had been looking everywhere, but we couldn't find one suitable. A friend mentioned this place and after a few minutes of looking online we came across the perfect mirror! It's definitely the masterpiece you want when you first open the front door. I rang the office before purchasing just to get a better idea as we didn't want to be disappointed should we not like it for whatever reason. The staff were fantastic, they were friendly and were so helpful. Considering the current circumstances in the world, delivery could not have gone better. Two polite gentleman came and delivered and moved it a few times for us as the misses is very picky! Can't recommend the shop enough, some beautiful stuff they have. Will be the first place we go to when my better half wants a change.
