I have never written a review but, honestly, can't say enough good things about Edible Bloom's customer service! Everyone was friendly, helpful and responded super quickly! I needed the time of my delivery changed which was resolved in a matter of hours and then, when I got a failed delivery attempt message even though my partner had been in waiting, they put me in touch with the right people to sort it out. Really lovely and of course the chocolate was delicious and beautifully arranged. 10/10 would recommend!
