I sent this to my son and daughter in law so I can't comment on what it looked like on delivery or tasted like but it did arrive on time as promised and customer service was good when I had a query.

Edible Blooms made spoiling my Dad so easy. I am stuck 1000 of miles away from him thanks to COVID and I was super worried about getting it to him. So, I ordered it two weeks in advance. They contacted me to check the order and made sure everything was as I wanted it and boy they delivered it exactly as they promised. I ordered a 'Thank you Bucket' of chocolates which was absolutely scrumptious but just as important was the customer service which I received. Having mistakenly booked the wrong delivery date, this was immediately rectified without any drama whatsoever and consequently arrived on time. This is my second purchase from this company and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I was kept up to date about delivery Delivery day approached and was given my 1 hour time slot It was a surprise present, then it turned up at the door and it was lovely to see their face as they didn't know what to expect. Then opening the box to receive and edible bloom was amazing. Such a beautiful and unique gift that makes a surprise overwhelming
