Do not recommend the VIP service for same day delivery at all. Also, there is no point providing contact numbers because neither delivery person nor Edible blooms team will bother to contact (phone call) the recipient or sender in case if the door bell is not attended by the recipient. Probably a phone call would cost £35! It was my second time and absolutely the last, despite bringing up the matter with the team, no sense of owning up the mistake.

Recipients love these bouquets and I always get enthusiastic phone calls to thank me. Chocolate served up in the format of a bouquet, so two in one. What's not to like!
there was no problem with ordering or delivery but the chocolates were all melting my friend had to put them in the fridge as soon as they were delivered

Our friend was so happy with them. Just think they need to sort out when ordering on next day delivery it should be made clearer that unless it’s local to them after 4pm it’s not next day delivery.
A better delivery service would make this great. When you have ordered something to be delivered for a certain date you expect it to be delivered in the morning not at the end of the day. Otherwise the gift was great!
