Product itself was amazing, the person receiving the gift was very happy. Gave 4 stars because it was difficult to change the delivery details. I received an email that I could change the delivery details (e.g. leave a note for the delivery person to leave the package at the door if no one was home). But the tracking number didn’t work, and there wasn’t a clear way for me to provide delivery details after placing the order.

My close friend had a recent bereavement in the family. I found that this was the perfect way to send my condolences as she doesn't really like flowers but is partial to chocolates.
