I ordered two gifts for a birthday of twins. One arrived, i wrote to them and got an apology and a second item 5 days later. Kind of misses the point. Sloppy. Gift was well received.

Bouquet arrived a day late after I had paid extra to ensure it arrived as soon as possible. Bouquet also didn’t look as full or lush as it did online. But receiver was still really happy
I thought I was getting a nice arrangement delivered for a birthday gift. It took longer than anticipated and was just a bucket filled with shredded paper and chocolate thrown on top. Very disappointing.
Ordered from here for mums 80th birthday after seeing good reviews. My mum has just received her edible bouquet and says it’s fantastic, chocolate tastes lovely. There was a shipping glitch on the website that allows for Sunday delivery that doesn’t exist. Was refunded and given an apology but still My elderly Mother waited in and had nothing on her birthday.
For my mum's 50th birthday it was a long distance necessity. Everything was delivered in a timely fashion and the package itself was beautifully presented! Thank you, I will be using this service again.
