The bouquet arrived on time, beautifully presented and I was absolutely delighted with it.
It's a bit disappointed to miss the original delivery date which is my daughter's birthday. Delay delivery is the only criticized point. Overall, the order is well delivered with detail packing material. Chocolate is yummy.

Your product was great but your delivery service was not so. The delivery driver put the delivery address as ‘comma’ in the address section with a blurry picture of the product delivered. I ordered this from Australia and if I didn’t call up DHL to make sure it was delivered to the right recipient, i wouldn't know for sure it was delivered correctly to where I requested. You need to make sure the people delivering your stuff are doing their job right. Thanks
