I never received the delivery. Its at some holding center. I’ve emailed the company two days ago and still haven’t received a reply. I want a refund or a new delivery. Never made it to my daughter on Valentine’s day. The company never called her. Still waiting to hear back. Very disappointed!
I had rather ambitious plans for my gift but after several emails back and forth my ideas proved too difficult as Carla very patiently explained. I had forgotten the girls would be snowed under (pardon the pun) and St. Valentine's Day was looming and my request for a ' picnic style hamper' really wasn't going to be suitable for an English day in March! I live in Australia by the way which explains everything! Anyway the upshot was that I re-arranged my plans, ordered a lovely chocolate bouquet for my about-to-be-remarried daughter and her partner and in no time at all the order was accepted and a delivery confirmed. Thank you so much for taking the trouble to help me Carla - it's never easy dealing long-distance (I am a fan of Edible Blooms in Australia) but you were a delight.
