They arrived on time and were fresh and lasted 4/5 days still in good condition. Something different to flowers and I will definitely be ordering again!

I had ordered a bouquet for a friend's birthday as a surprise but it still hasn't been delivered. It was supposed to arrive on March 1st, got sent back for some reason so I rearranged and received a text to say it would be delivered between 5 and 6pm today and still nothing! Please can someone find out as I'm really upset it didn't arrive on my friends birthday

Helpful and quick service - recipient was delighted with the bouquet! Plus, I needed the flowers delivered on a certain date and this was done.
Not happy with the bouquet. In person it looks so small and wraping of bouquet isn't attractive at all. I asked them to add some extra different chocolates but they came as the same colour and style just like the old one's.
