Me and my lady started looking for at hot tubs earlier this year with us having the garden landscaped and fort it be a nice place to unwinded for modern day life. After looking for several weeks we come across Eden hot tub via word of mouth and the glowing review they had given them. So with that in mind we made contact with a chap called Dan. The first thing that stuck was how laid back Dan was in terms of offering more advise to us than a scripted sales pitch it made the first contact feel more personal. Dan gave us some options on what tub would suit us best and left us to think about it for a couple of days. Me and my partner were that happy with the first impression we decided to go for it and order our dream tub. Dan set the deal up and stayed contactable throw the short wait from ordering to delivering and kept us updated all throw the process and was on hand to answer any questions we had. One thing that as really impressed me is Dan set a date on the day we ordered the tub for delivery and stuck to it. Our tub was delivered by one of Dan team members who was just as helpful as Dan and could not offer any more advise if he tried. He really did go above and beyond off what was expected. Overall I would highly recommend Eden hot tub to any of my friend’s or family as the process from first contact to after sales as been faultless Thanks Dan and all the best

I would 100% recommend Eden hot tubs. We decided we wanted a hot tub on a Sunday morning and started looking around online. By 11am Dan was on the phone offering advice and by 2pm he was at our house to talk through options. Communication was fantastic, Dan is always available to answer our questions. Really quick delivery and install, very professional. We love our hot tub, quality is fantastic.

The whole process from enquiry through to order, delivery and installation has been absolutely first class. Dan has been excellent throughout. Clear, open, transparent, honest and professional. I cannot recommend Eden Hot Tubs highly enough. Oh and the hot tub itself is a dream!!!

Amazing 5 star service. First time buying a hot tub and must admit was fantastic process. I couldn't view or try the hot tub before buying due to location and lockdown but Dan was super helpful and provided lots of advice and pictures. Most helpful out of all the companies I approached and super interested in making sure I was happy. Everything was perfect from ordering to delivery and setup couldn't have gone smoother. The installation team were so helpful and spent a lot of time going through everything. Would definitely recommend and buy again from this company. Bought the lavish hot tub and it is awesome!

After looking for a hot tub company for a number of months I found Eden. I would highly recommend them. They are a Superb company to deal with. We are very pleased with our hot tub, the jets are really powerful. Dan has great knowledge about the hot tubs and was able to advise the best one to purchase. From purchase, delivery and installation we had a excellent service.

We owned a large hot tub at a previous house for several years, so when It came time to buy one for the new house, I knew what I was looking for. The problem is that the hot tub industry is mostly geared towards selling to first time owners. So I had trouble finding specifics about hot tub specifics from various companies. I spent weeks looking…. The I found Dan at Eden. I saw Dan’s website and found a couple of tubs I was interested in pretty quickly. I then found his Facebook page that is filled with 5* glowing reviews, so I had to him a message. I got a call back within 20 minutes on a Sunday evening, and we spoke at length for over an hour. Dan is willing to give you as much or as little time as you want / need. He doesn’t cover up short comings and makes solid recommendations. Ordering was simple, with a small deposit required. The shipping issues caused by the Suez Canal incident in 2021 was unfortunate, but Dan kept me up to date on a regular basis with the status of our tub all the way through to delivery. Couldn’t have asked for more. The delivery team (also called Dan) is of the same ilk as Dan the sales man. They were considerate, efficient and adaptable to the experience I already had with hot tubs, as well as being amendable to our requests. Nothing was too much, and they made sure everything was working and that I was happy before leaving. They left the site clean and tidy, with the rubbish from the packaging being neatly stored in a sealed bag for us to take to the recycling centre. I even got a follow up call from Dan the sales man shortly after to make sure I was happy. Dan the delivery man also looks after servicing, and after a conversation with him about it I am left confident that I will be looked after for years to come. This company is first class; ran and operated by genuine people who truly care. If you are in the market for a hot tub, look no further than Eden.

We ordered our hot tub earlier in the year and Eden kindly reserved it for us as we were waiting for patio to be laid. Dan was very accommodating as we had to push back delivery date. We had our hot tub delivered today by Dan and Ben who were amazing it all went seamlessly and such nice guys. Everything was explained well. I would not hesitate to recommend Eden they have been helpful and professional from start to finish! I would like to say a big thank you to all concerned! 🙂

Great service from Dan! From start to finish he was really helpful and talked us through everything we needed to know. Hot tub was delivered and setup today and again service was fantastic. We highly recommend Eden Hot Tubs. When we first enquired Dan listened to what we were after and went the extra mile to get us exactly that and with the soonest delivery slot he could. Dan was not your typical pushy salesman and made us feel very welcome to ask any questions and gave us detailed responses which helped us to decide on the best tub for us. Dan kept in contact with us regarding delivery timings and made sure everything ran smoothly. The guys delivering were great and took their time making sure everything was all set up and explained to us before they left. We even had a message to check we were happy and the delivery went well. This really was a first class service!!! We will certainly be sending our friends and family to Eden Hot Tubs!!!

Would recommend Eden Hot Tubs. Dan was very easy to talk to, giving all the honest information I needed. The hot tub was delivered to us in Aberdeenshire and even after a long drive, they were helpful in ensuring the hot tub was functional and in explaining what we needed to know regards to chemicals and filters. The hot tub itself is great quality and easy to use. A worthwhile investment!

After much research into the hot tub market, I made contact with several providers. Dan from Eden responded immediately and was informative and helpful in guiding me to the perfect hot tub for my needs. My only concern was that Eden was based in Cornwall and I live on the opposite end of the country, but this proved to be no issue at all, as the hot tub was delivered as planned. I also had excellent service from the delivery Lads, who set up the hot tub for us. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eden hot tubs and their team!

Fantastic level of service from Dan at Eden Hot Tubs from the very first conversation he was a source of knowledge and always available to answer my questions. From placing the order to delivery was only six weeks and I was given a time slot the day before delivery and once the hot tub was in place the delivery driver gave me a comprehensive brief on everything I needed to know to get the tub up and running I also had a phone call from Dan to check everything was okay. Eden Hot Tubs have been great from first to last. I left a message on their website and Dan called me the next day. There was no hard sell, or trying to persuade me to spend more than I wanted to, just practical advice and honest answers to my questions. Delivery was very good, with the installation team being friendly and efficient. They talked me through controls, chemical dosing and maintenance, and answered my questions. Post-sales care has been very good so far. This is clearly a company that cares about its customers and doesn't just cut them loose once the money is in the bank. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased the happiness hot tub from Eden hot tubs Dan the owner is a really nice fella, he's not pushy and kept me informed all the way through the ordering process. He even went out his way to deliver on a Saturday as I work away from home all week, speedy delivery from 1st ordering. His installation team are also great guys really friendly and knowledgeable. Dan is only a phone call or txt message away from answering any questions you have, even after you have the tub the aftercare service is also great. I'm really happy with my hot tub thanks again Eden hot tubs.👍♨️

Got our hot tub delivered a few mths ago Dan was great kept me informed they had a problem with our lid so couldn't be delivered on the day but from ordering it and installation it was less that 3wks and the guys that installed it couldn't do enough filled it up and explained about the chemicals, also advised us about emptying it as well and if we had any problems to call them or Dan so could not recommend them enough its the best thing I've bought im in it everyday.
