My house wasn't the easiest to get the old hot tub out and new one in but Dan and his team made it run really smoothly. The family are loving the new hot tub especially the Bluetooth speakers. I would highly recommend Eden hot tubs.

Dan and his team were brilliant from start to finish when it came to advice, purchase and ultimately installation of our new wood fired hot tub. We went with a totally off grid option (to suit our environmental ethos) and Dan couldn’t have been more helpful in guiding us through the process. The guys that came to deliver and install (a team led by another Dan!) were so friendly and didn’t leave until we were completely happy with everything. Dan was very quick to respond to our initial enquiry and installed the hot tub on the date required. It was a very difficult site , but the team were marvellous and overcame difficulties with commensurate ease. Very pleased with tub and working well. Dan supplied a great two seater hot tub for our shepherds hut which conforms to the hsg282 guidance for holiday let’s. Installation was easily arranged and after sales service has been great too.

A major purchase a decent hot tub. Having owned before we knew some things we wanted for our new house. The shop/showroom is excellent to try them out. Mainly though it’s Dans knowledge and understanding of the product that puts Eden way ahead of the competition. Plus their prices can’t be beaten and they had no problem delivering to the Isle of Wight. The installers were exceptional.

I would recommend these guys 💯 they were patient when I looked at different spas, allowing us to try them in the showroom. They checked everything was working and explained everything we needed to do.

A challenging install given the distance from the front to rear of the property, but excellently completed with a large team to avoid dramas 👏 With just two technicians then left on site to complete the electrical installation, filling, etc, everything went super smoothly.
