WOW! These guys are fabulous! Dan and his team were such a help to us from start to finish and I wouldn't hesitate to contact them again. I can't recommend them highly enough. Dan was so informative for our choice of tub and wanted to be absolutely sure he could get the one we wanted before taking any deposit which was a real credit to him. The delivery was accurate and ran so smoothly with a follow up call almost immediately. A huge thank you to all involved and hope that this review continues to encourage people to look no further for their hot tub!
Had a great chat with Dan from Eden Spas. Explained what I was looking for. Great advice and luckily 1 tub was left on a shipment that was coming. Placed order straight away. Arrived today 26/7/21. Lads turned up. Brought tub through and installed very professionally. Very impressed with sales and service and follow up off Dan to make sure all was well. Definitely recommend there service. Eden provide a level of customer service and product I can only liken to a 1990 John Lewis. I had originally purchased a hot tub from a different company but when my delivery date came and went, with no contact I began a desperate search for anyone who had stock. And I cannot tell you how glad I am! Dan answered my numerous questions and guided me through the product range to help me decide what I wanted. I offered to pay in full there and then (thinking it would help my chances of actually getting one) and he wouldn’t accept, requesting payment only the day before delivery. He kept in touch with me, made sure they would be able to fit it where I wanted before delivery etc. When the delivery date landed on a day I had to be away for work, his team came extra early (7.30am!) just so that I could have it that day and it would be ready for when I got home the next, rather than waiting until the following week. What company does that these days?! Outstanding. As for the actual tub… it is just so beautiful. We went for the Wonderland (on Dan’s advice). It is even better than described. My children and I have loved discovering all the different functions, each seat does something a little different. The power of the jets is immense, but being able to turn off individual seats and leave the others on… that made my 5 year olds day! There is also one seat that she can sit in with her head above the water. She thinks Dan made that seat especially for her, and although I know he didn’t, with the incredible level of thought and caring I have seen from Eden - it wouldn’t surprise me if he had. I am incredibly grateful to Dan and his team. Polite, friendly, knowledgeable. A company that exceeds expectation yet is down to earth. Thank you Eden!
Had my hot tub delivered and installed today. Absolutely perfect service with Dan at eden hot tubs , the pricing and packages are everything you need and no hidden costs like others. He is always on hand to answer questions you may have , very quick responses so you are not left hanging around waiting . Fantastic installation team who know what they are doing and again answer any questions you may have . It was a pleasure to purchase my tub from Dan ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ And I would confidently and happily recommend to anyone who wants to buy one
Our wonderful hot tub was installed & fully set up yesterday. We are extremely pleased with the whole friendly, efficient process, start to finish. Dan was really quick to respond to any questions & was very honest in a phone call about the pros & cons between the different options & helped us decide on the tub that suited my chronic pain needs. There was no cheesy, rehearsed sales pitch or push to upgrade to a more expensive option (like we got at a different local company) & they could deliver within less than 2 weeks (compared to the 12+ weeks delivery times of many other companies). We did have an issue with the waterfall not working consistently. Dan immediately tried to help us over the phone & then asked the 2 friendly installation people to come back, just a few hours later, who fixed it quickly on their way to the next delivery. Dan had warned us in the initial phone call, that very occasionally there can be slight settling in issues, as the transport process can dislodge or loosen parts….again, this upfront honesty & immediate action to resolve the issue, is one of the many reasons we are very happy with our purchase from Eden Hot Tubs & can highly recommend them!

We bought our ‘retreat’ hot tub a few weeks ago. Dan was an absolute star. Any questions we had from start to finish he was always just a phone call away. I was nervous buying something so expensive from England as I live in Northern Ireland and hadn’t actually seen the tub in real life. We got countless pics/ videos sent through to help us decide. Couldn’t recommend Eden Hot tubs enough and have already recommended to friends and family!!
The hot tub arrived quicker then expected. The delivery was seamless with the delivery men very helpful and professional. They listened to what we wanted and obliged. The hot tub is good quality. Dan was very informative and reassuring should we have any questions. Would recommend the company.

After searching for the perfect Hot tub i stumbled across Eden Hot Tubs and was interested in their Happiness hot tub. The service from the start with Dan was above and beyond and he was extremely supportive throughout and post delivery service has been equally as good.
Highly recommend using Eden Hot Tubs. Dan is very helpful and very easy to deal with. The whole process was very smooth and you genuinely feel yiu can ask Dan for aby help during set up and getting used to using and maintenance with your hot tub. I would 100% recommend and will do to any friends thinking of getting a hot tub.
Really good service , the guys were ace and they had to wait longer than expected for the crane to to arrive and lift it in my garden but was so patient and professional and the install went really smooth and now enjoying my new hot tub, would highly recommend Dan from Eden hot tubs as everything we expected was to point really good service thanks very much
Wow where do you start! Dan has been fantastic from the start, he listened to our needs and was very knowledgeable when I discussed my autistic teen. Through out he has responded to my questions instantly. The delivery team Dan employees were 5 star too. All in all a fantastic company, thank you Eden Hot Tub’s.
