I recently purchased the happiness hot tub from Eden Hot Tubs in Cornwall and the service I got was outstanding from our 1st enquiry to the installation nothing was to much trouble expecially when they explained the process for keeping the tub clean I would have no hesitation in recommending Eden if you are looking or thinking of purchasing one

We firstly made contact with Dan at Eden Hot Tubs via Messenger, where he replied promptly and informatively. We then visited Eden Hot Tubs a week later where we were greeted by Nick. Nick was very helpful and also very informative and did not pressurise us in anyway. After visiting several other Hot Tub businesses in Cornwall we felt most comfortable with Eden Hot Tubs and therefore purchased our Bliss hot tub with them. This hot tub is incredible value for money, it was delivered on the date advised and the delivery team were very efficient with the whole process. We asked for additional insulation and WiFi control, which was all fitted with ease. We look forward to enjoying our hot tub for years to come and will continue to use Eden Hot Tubs for regular maintenance etc. I would like to say a big thank you to Dan and Nick for all their help and support and have no hesitation in recommending them and Eden Hot Tubs.

After viewing hot tubs on line took the opportunity to visit the show room whilst staying in the area. Staff could not have been more helpful and invited us back to try out some tubs the following day. No pressure to buy but after further research we placed an order as Eden offered a good quality hot tub at a competitive price. Due to our situation they were more than happy to wait several months for us to take delivery. They maintained contact throughout and on the day of delivery, the team were excellent. The site for the tub was at the rear of the garden and required them to negotiate some challenges to get the tub in position. We are delighted with the hot tub and the excellent service from the team at Eden.

Fantastic service provided by Dan and the team. Great ingenuity in hoisting the hot tub over a 3 metre high wall via a restricted access lane. The installation was completed quickly and to a high standard. On-going support and advice has been invaluable. The hot tub is certainly delivering on helping problems with my back. I have no hesitation in recommending Eden Hot Tubs.

I had been searching for what felt like forever for a hot tub, in the end it was impossible to pick one so decided I would pick a business instead of a hot tub. The reviews speak highly of Eden and Dan was happy to deal with my initial enquiry out of hours. After a slight mishap Dan called and organised a plan B swiftly and my tub was in and set up in no time. All in all very pleased.

We made an excellent decision to purchase from Eden Hot Tubs. Knowing nothing about owning one, Dan spent a great deal of time talking through all the options available to us for a very awkward space. The team delivered and set up the new hot tub and didn’t leave until everything was running as it should and operating instructions had been explained in detail. Even after the sale they have been available to answer the many questions that we had. Excellent service by Nick a true cornish man! Nothing was too much trouble ,to check we were doing everything correctly . We booked 2 mini services so 1 more to go go in July. And have a full service under warranty to book. Must mention Dan as when we first came into the showroom in July 2021,we didn't know what to expect!! Excellent service from start to finish! We visited the showroom a few times after purchasing to measure various things and asked 101 questions which Dan was more than happy to help with and answer. He was honest about the running of the hot tub and any worries we had. Communication - fantastic! Delivery and a tricky installation 5⭐️ Would happily recommend - Thankyou!

I have had my hot tub for several months and have been really pleased with it so far. Even in these days of soaring energy prices my smart meter recons average running costs have been about £1.50 - £2 per day. All was going well until one of our frequent Cornish storms blew the lid off (did my daughter secure it properly?) destroying the lid lifter in the process. Having contacted Dan to explore the possibility of new parts I was delighted to be offered a complete new lifter; no charge and fitted free .... now that is top after sales service.

What a brilliant service and customer experience Eden Hot Tubs deliver, so highly recommended. From the first call to the actual install day could not be faulted. From the moment we entered the show room Dan made us to feel very welcome. I knew what I wanted and Dan showed us a variety of hot tubs that met our requirements and we purchased one! At no point did Dan give us a hard sell and was really open and honest about different aspects of owning a hot tub. Our tub was delivered and installed today and the crew were excellent and overcame steps and a few other obstacles without and any qualms. I was shown all the controls and features and felt confident about looking after the tub and it’s operation. I can’t recommend Eden Hot Tubs enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

We visited their showroom in August 2021 to view what Hot Tubs they had to offer. There was a good selection of models, some filled with water so we could see what they could do and others empty so we could sit in them to get a feel for what they are like inside. The salesman was able to tell us all we wanted to know and was helpful without being pushy. We were able to just browse and ask him questions as and when we wanted. Once we had decided on our purchase, the whole process for arranging delivery was explained to us and we left feeling very confident that this was the right place to have ordered from. Both Dan and Nick from Eden kept us informed at every stage, and they were very patient with us when we experienced an issue with our electrician which caused delays at our end (no fault of Eden Hot Tubs). The day before delivery, we were called to confirm all details (we had arranged for a crane to get it into our garden). On the day of delivery, it arrived promptly and the delivery guys were very friendly and professional. Once in our garden, it was quickly wired in and filled up and they gave me a demonstration of how to operate it and what I needed to do with the chemical kit. They stayed until the temperature had risen by one degree so they were sure that the heater was operating correctly. They then cleared away all the packaging before they left. The experience was a pleasure and we look forward to many years use from our Eden Hot Tub!
