To be totally honest I know the product is for outside use but I thought the quality wasn't great warped and not very well made sorry to say even the delivery was late won t be using again I'm afraid

I ordered from Decks and there was a slight delay. Customer service contacted me to apologise to resolve the issue. Holly helped by staying in contact and David the delivery driver was outstanding arrived at 8pm, friendly helpful.
Good service ....delivered when promised
I ordered some Thunderbolt concrete screws. The description said 'Thunderbolt', and the photograph was of a genuine Thunderbolt - i.e. gold-coloured. However, what I received were made by a different company and of unknown quality. Only then did I see that eDecks don't promise to deliver the make/colour you have ordered. I was given a refund, which was appreciated. However, it would have been better if the company had contacted me to say that they didn't have what I had ordered, and then I could have cancelled it.
