Delivery was confirmed at 3 days when I ordered panels to be delivered to Cornwall. On the day they were due to arrive I was telephoned and told they would be at least a week late, as they had trouble with the transport. They arrived a week later. I was contacted and offered a 50% refund on the delivery charge for the inconveniance caused, which I accepted. Not ideal, but the panels were of excellent quality.

I was hesitant to use eDecks, but found their loglap cladding to be of good value and went for it. I'm glad I did! Everything arrived on time and the loglap itself is superb quality! I would definitely use again. I was a few boards short for my shed/workshop build so ordered again and had no issues. Good service, good value and good quality!

Pergola kit with side wall ordered. Delivered on schedule, all items in good condition, not warped or rough. Smooth planed finish on support legs, fitted perfectly into the metal brackets provided. A top quality kit, very easy to build with just a little help from the wife. I would buy this kit again if I needed to and would recommend it for a quick and easy build.
