Good description and fast delivery
I ordered some decking and close to the end of the job, I realised I needed a few more boards. On Tuesday 20th August 2024 I placed an additional order for a small number of boards with a chap called Connor. We discussed delivery timescales and although their web site stated that the delivery would be made in 3 to 5 working days I explained I needed the materials by Friday 23rd August. Connor spoke to the E-Decks shipping department and subsequntly assured me that if I paid their express delivery fee (£75) I would have the decking boards by Friday 23rd at the latest and possibly by Thursday 22nd August. On Thursday 22nd August I contacted e-decks to find out when my order would be arriving only to be told that the order had not been dispatched/collected. As a consequence, the boards would probably not be with me until Wednesday 28th August (i.e. 8 days after the order was placed). When I said this wasn't good enough I was told my delivery fee would be refunded to me. When I explained that my primary concern was not the delivery fee but delivery of the boards in the agreed timeframe, I was told it would not be possible, partially on account of the bank holiday. A support tiket was raised on 23rd August and Edecks informed me that "We are really sorry to hear there has been a problem with your delivery. This was sent with a external courier who have experienced some unexpected delays. Once the goods have been received and checked we will happily refund the express delivery charge paid. We are really sorry for this." In the end, the order arrived on Tuesday 27th August. E-decks' express delivery service cannot be relied upon. Finally, the customer services team still have not refunded the express delivery fee I paid. UPDATE: As at 9th October 2024 - Despite requestion additional information on 10th September (which I have provided) Edecks have yet to respond. Nor have they refunded the delivery fee. Very disappointing.

Top quality wood, arrived quickly and on time with no damage whatsoever.
Really easy to assemble given all the tools are provided. Quick and helpful delivery of the necessary items. Only issue we had was that some of the wood pieces were quite warped.
Absolutely disgrace service regarding my delivery. I've ordered basic items on the 22nd approx 9am with promised delivery 1-3 working days as per website. I live in West Yorkshire and was waiting for prompt delivery. Unfortunately, no massage or emai whatsoever. Then, on day 6 received email that the delivery will be delayed for another few days I've received the delivery/ found on Friday afternoon dropped on my drive way - no any massage or call. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Excellent decking, good value, delivered on time
I was a little disappointed compared to last time. The good thing was the prompt delivery, plus the standard of the panels weren't bad, but they had niggles. A screw had come right through and could've caused injury so I sawed/filed it off. Then there was the other screw that was in the wrong side of the panel and stuck out, which I removed. Also a large missing knot at the top left a tubular gap on show, and slight damage found at one other point. Nothing worth complaining about but a standard drop from my previous order.
Order and delivery was all on point. Only use eDecks for my timber needs.
