Wonderful Customer service, expert technical knowledge and advice, super experience from start to finish. Found edecks from a google search and they seemed very competitive from a price perspective, they had all the tools to assist with calculating number of units required and were even available in an online chat to assist with advice and queries. Order process was extremely easy, and delivery arrived within the expected timeline. A++++ would definitely return if I had additional requirements.

Product was good quality. Delivery was quick . Price was reasonable. I gave 4 stars as no instructions came with the product , and had to be downloaded,and viewed on the phone during assembly ,which was not ideal as it was raining . But all in all very pleased and will continue to use edecks

Didn’t see any information about having to unload all of the materials ourselves. We had to shorten the decking from 6.0m to 4.8m due to the number of boards shorter than 4.8m which was the length.
Delivered in real quick time, given it was a bespoke order. Pieces cut to perfect measure. Will definitely be my first go to on all external projects from now on.
