I ordered two wigs for my mom. Never received wigs. I chatted with a rude representative. They blamed it on fed ex. Fed ex said Ebony line would need to submit a claim. I told Ebonyline that. they gave me I guess a claim number. That was September 2021. No follow up. Nothing. I would never ever ever order from Ebonyline Again.

Where do I start!? Ah, lets start and end with the terrible customer service that this company provides. My order was supposed to ship out same day, then supposedly they sent me an email saying it was delayed(which was never sent). Then the most rude customer service rep refused to refund. Below you will see Daejonna D responses. Being talked to like this (like I didnt just spend my hard earned money) is hardly acceptable. Her response: We will not be refunding shipping sorry, you already got a discount and were informed your order was delayed. We are not refunding anything so please do what you have to. I will be marking you as a fraud for future orders.You got $3.99 shipping but want us to refund it? that will not be happening. I do hope your day gets better. Daejonna D

I usually buy wigs from them each month but this month was insane. They shipped me the wrong wig and will not reply to my emails about how they will rectify this issue. I am livid and I will not be placing any more orders. I hate them now!!

I love buying from this site and most of the synthetic wigs that I purchased were good quality. I had to return one of my wigs because I bought the wrong color and I was helped by Daejonna, she had good customer service and replied fast. This is the only site I really use and the hair doesn’t take long to come.
