Ordered pads on the 4th of April, and was told a week later that they had supply issues and did not know when they would be released. Asked them to cancel and refund the order, so they offered me a partial refund if I continued accepting the order. Asked to confirm this 8 days ago and since then no reply. It's now the 21st of April with no sight of them still. JUNE 7TH UPDATE: Brake pads finally arrived last week but came completely damaged, with multiple chips off several of the pads and paint flaking off every pad. Was told they would send a replacement to swap over today but never came.

Sent me out a warped brake disc. Contacted company and manager asked to send a video which I did. Even after the video showing a warped brake disc, he refused to believe the disc was warped. Said I hadn't put it on properly or my wheel hub is defective. Told them I had put the other wheel disc they sent (discs come in pairs) on with no problems, and the replacement wheel discs I had to buy from eurocarparts (as needed car next day for work) fitted with no problems! He came up with excuse after excuse, they make millions of discs and each one is tested etc etc etc etc, the pure arrogance of this company is unbelievable! Refused a refund and said it had to go through testing and then a warranty would have to be opened even though brake disc was never used! Had to go through PayPal for a refund.

I've been prompted twice by EBC to give a review yet I still haven't received my order. I wouldn't normally review, but you're seeking my feedback. My order showed 63 in stock and next day delivery is advertised. That is what I ordered direct from EBC. I was expecting quick delivery. The day after I ordered I was sent an email to acknowledge the order and the email said I would shortly receive an email to confirm dispatch. A week later I've not received an email to say the order has been dispatched. I sent an email to ask for an update and didn't get a response. To add further insult to slow service EBC started a 15% off promotion during the week. My brakes will be dispatched long after a promotion has started.

Stay away from this company if you need parts quickly! You’ll be waiting! Really misleading experience. I paid for a 1-2 day shipping option as I needed the parts urgently. Parts were not shipped in a timely manner and and a result they didn’t arrive on time. I had to buy alternative parts as my customer needed the car back on the road.
