It was very ewsy to choose the right brake pads (I only bought a set of brake pads). The website is very comprehensive and I managed to find my car. The postal service was very quick and reasonable. I live in France and delivery wasn't any problem.

When I found you could buy direct from the manufacturer with free P&P. Well daft not to as you know your getting the real deal and not some knock off pad, also cutting out the middle man who highly inflate the prices. Service first rate and delivery. Website could do with a section on what the different colours mean, but hey, minor quibbles. The low dust is important as they are now on a classic car with very shiny spoked wheels, as the previous pads were a dust nightmare.

Prompt delivery with plenty of communication. Brake pads easily fitted with no issues. My only gripe is the occasional squeal at low speeds. Probably not fully bedded in yet so will wait and see.

Bad quality bad service discs got whopped after couple of weeks didn’t want to send replacement only made excuses stay away not happy customer

2 terrible experiences with EBCBRAKESHOP, will definitely not be a third. 1st time, attempted to purchase front & rear discs and pads, over £600, followed everything on the checkout to the letter, clicked pay, get a message immediately saying the transaction failed, minutes later get a message from my bank app saying they’ve taken the money anyway, no receipt, no order confirmation, not even an email to say there was a problem with the order, had to spend hours on the phone back and forth between this shop and Barclays, because ebcbrakeshop’s system holds your money as pending for 7 days before it’s released back to your account, eventually Barclays blocked it and reversed the payment to give me my money back, after several calls to ebcbrakeshop where disinterested staff basically told me it’s my problem and the money will go back in when it goes back in…..lovely attitude during a cost of living crisis. After eventually getting my money back (no thanks to the shop), I VERY stupidly decided to give them the benefit of the doubt having read a couple of good reviews, that was my big mistake! Ordered the brakes I wanted, made sure it was before the cut off time displayed on their website for promised next day delivery, got the confirmation, few hours later got the email to say the order had been despatched and is on its way to me….fantastic…took the next day off work to be in to receive the delivery, and get the new brakes fitted, all good so far. Next day: no email with any sort of tracking information or delivery details…phoned the shop, spoke to a very helpful and engaging member of staff called Chloe, Chloe said it looked like there might be an issue as the order was still showing as in their warehouse, she assured me she would get in touch with rellevant people and investigate it urgently, true to her word she got back to me soon after, genuinely apologetic that the order had been missed and not shipped as promised. Chloe even offered me discount on any future purchase but I politely refused and promised there would definitely not be any future business as this is the 2nd poor experience with this company, I thanked Chloe for her quick response to my problem and told her to pass on to her line manager that she was the ONLY positive experience I’ve had with this company. I would recommend shopping elsewhere as my own experience with this company has been dreadful and they (as a whole) don’t seem to care once you’ve parted with your money.
