Made an order and it arrived from the UK to Ireland very quick. Everything in the box was correct and packaged well. The ONLY things that make this a 4 star review rather than 5 star. When I paid for my order, I received no receipt to my email. I got no shipping confirmation or tracking number. I only received shipping info when DHL contacted me to pay custom charges. Also the address DHL was delivering to is different from the one I provided EBC Brake Shop with, so I had to tell DHL the more accurate address, to avoid a mistake.

Ordered pads and shoes but glitch on system meant shoes were not charged for so only pads received. Thought it was strange at the time.

Prices were OK. Promised delivery in two working days due to a customers car incapacitated and urgently needed. 4 days later, no delivery. Called and had only just got in stock!! All told delivered a week late, and no invoice included or sent so had to chase that up too!!!

Only just fitted so no idea about durability. They came with a coating which I was not aware of, the extra thickness meant that the discs were tight for a while. the tightness soon wore off and so far so good, they brake the car, nothing else to say.
