This is second request to review ebc brake shop after my recent order. As I said in first review, the parts were listed as “in stock” but after taking my money they emailed saying the items weren’t in stock with no further info on when they will be. No option given to cancel order. Sorry, I’m not usually inclined to write a negative review but this just seems so poor! I’ve no idea if I’m getting my order or not!
Very helpful and a very good product
Ordered brake discs for the front and back. Arrived on time and as described. Website was easy to use and having an account allowed me to track the Order.

Why advertise items in stock when they won’t be available for delivery for 2 months.
Very disappointed. Purchased front and rear brakes online paid for item estimated 2-3day delivery. Next day received a emailed to say no uk stock with a note at the bottom stating any further info noted contact. So I have tried multiple time with no response. I now have a customer waiting for parts, to who I can’t give a date of completion as no response. Very poor service. Will be going elsewhere in future.
They keep to their promise. If you purchase before 12PM you'll get it the next working day. They use trackable couriers, so you always know when your parcel will arrive. I've heard that from other companies before and been disappointed, so far they have not let me down

Despite advising that the delivery address had an error it wasn’t changed, the reply customer service merely said what they had which I had already told them was incomplete. It’s only because the skill of DPD that the item arrived.
Litle strugle to log inn and make acont but then god. Waiting for brakes now to arive. Hope the car vil stop now.
