I ordered a pair of EBC discs and pads over the phone and was told a delivery date. Discs and pads never arrived. Eventually arrived 2 days late. Unfortunately, one of the discs was damaged, probably in the factory so no fault of the EBC brakeshop as the box was sealed. I contacted the tech dept at the EBC factory who said that it needed to be replaced after I sent photos. I contacted EBC brakeshop who agreed on a fresh delivery/pick up of the damaged parts on a particular day. No courier arrived. On checking with EBC brakeshop the following day, there was no record of this arrangement on their system. By now, I was very disappointed so I requested that the damaged parts be collected and I had a total refund. Too much time was being wasted and my car was off the road. The faulty parts were collected but no refund arrived. I had to contact EBC brakeshop three times before my refund was actioned.

Arrived in two days. No issues fitting. Yet to test perfomance.

Ordered Yellowstuff pads and the turbogrooved discs, came next day and they looked stunning. They’re not even bedded in completely yet and they still perform superbly. Well impressed

Had a bad experience with delivery and customer service, paid full price aswell!! Wish I went brembo now....not to mention the squeal !!! Not squeak 😑

So it was my second time ordering from here. First time an all around brake set for my MX5, this time Bora VR6 brakes for a friend. I'm in Germany, checked ebay for the prices too of course. Now sit down, ANY shop on ebay sells the Yellowstuff front pads for 190€ a set, I've paid 197€ for yellow front, green in the rear AND shipping to Germany all together! That's for the pricing, gives you a number. Shipping took 2 days from the UK to Germany, suuuper fast. So check prices and order oversea, you won't regret it. I will keep buying from you guys :)
