Very helpful on the phone and also when I ordered my disc's and pads , was told that front disc's and pads were in stock but the rear disc's were out of stock this was before I ordered, so I split the order and paid for next day on the front items and was surprised when all turned up the next day. Well done im very impressed with the service and will recommend to other people.

Their reputation for part quality speaks for itself so no doubt there will be 0 issues, bought redstuff for the low dust volume and the lack of steel fibre in pad compound.

Ordered with the stated guaranteed delivery date to be before the 16th, it is now the 18th and not even had a shipping confirmation etc. Have emailed and had no response yet. Would avoid buying again from here as obviously don't follow to what is advertised

Ordered a full set of ebc (black stuff)ultimax 2 pads for my jaguar xf x250 after my original jaguar pads fell apart after only 1000 miles /2 months driving. Pads look and feel like quality items and braking feels a lot more responsive. Original jaguar brake discs have cleaned up with these new pads and dont have that black tinge that the genuine jaguar pads gave. Overall very happy with my purchase and can fully recommend.

Can not be any more happy, ordered my brakes and they were with me 4 days later, easy simple to fit, works extremely well, my car now stops and slows down a lot more confidently, I cannot fault the quality of the product and the quality of service, so much quality for what I’ve paid for.
