Failure to respond after sending the wrong parts
I will be going directly to EBC from now on, I was waiting weeks for a 3rd party company to supply a break disk kit, after two weeks of saying they could supply the third party company cancelled the order without even calling to say why. So I went on EBC's wedsite to see if the 3rd party company was messing me around. I placed the same order with EBC as a pre order. I received a call the next day from EBC who said they could machine the part and get it to me in the same week. Very happy customer
