I ordered on 13th August new EBC brake sets for my Focus ST - precision brake discs and yellow pads. Order selection and payment confirmation were fast and delivery shipped next day, my email asking for AWB tracking number was replied within minutes and after six days I could already mount the new brake sets. Thank you EBC team ! Opportunity for improvement: the local delivery company DPD did not have the phone number contact details even if we entered the info on the order page and handling of the packing was somehow challenging for them because they slightly torn the boxes (but content inside the box was ok)

Take the money the 24 th of July , delivery annonce before the 29th of july and.... Nothing (16 th august) ! No information, no answer to my mail !! unallowable !!!! Edit : After this review and a second mail, my parcel was send immediatly (my order was lost in their computers as they said to me...)

After hearing that there were knock off copies for sale on eBay I decided that the best place to buy ebc pads was the source. There website was easy to navigate and easy to pay. Fast dispatch and delivery and the correct pads for my car. Still bedding them in on my car but they do feel better and sharper under braking. Overall a great experience.
