Thank the lordies above, this was 24 delivery service and arrived with exactly what I ordered, good quality brands. Tried and tested, 10/10. I did use doctorservice com before but they've disappeared. In the absence of a real NHS service that works, this helps very much to cope with all my health issues.

Fast and efficient service amongst the best

They were the ONLY retailer to deliver the fastest. They had 2 business days deilvery option to USA and other retailers had 7-10 days. The owner Amar was the ONLY store to write me back to get item urgently to USA. He was very responsive & always wrote back less than 24hrs. Other retailer never even boxed my item for weeks so I was desperate to get item ASAP when I learned of other retailer's mistake. So happy I found Amar's store as item was in stock already and willing to help me. It felt like a small town store where you get to talk to the owner personally. I'm so appreciative to get item I needed to help me.

Easymeds Pharmacy is a reliable company with excellent service and fast delivery. The ordering process is simple, and they are quick to address concerns or correct mistakes. Their prompt response and professionalism are commendable, and the products arrive in good time. Overall, a great experience, and I would highly recommend them, though there’s a little room for improvement. Four stars!

It was easy and quick.

This being an online company and a chemist be aware that if you need something quick then find another online chemist. I had to wait near enough 2 weeks for delivery of all my order. They said it is standard for delays yet I purchased other items from another online chemist on the 16th of this month over a week after I bought from Easymeds and had it delivered sooner. I will not be using them again. If I could score zero stars I would have.

Excellent service, reasonably priced product and fast delivery. Following surgery, the consultant recommended Fortijuice drinks. I called to check when they’d be dispatched and asked if the selection could exclude apple juice. The assistant was very helpful, confirmed dispatch would be the same day & I could make a request about the selection in the order notes.

The range of wound dressings to select from suited my needs precisely. The 'in stock' products allowed me to make prompt decisions and confidently place an online order. I'm expecting delivery of the whole order later today, and that reliability is excellent in my opinion.

I found dealing with Easymeds very easy and they were extremely helpful also products ordered were dispatched quickly. I would highly recommend also refund was very quick.

Awful awful awful. They send out what is medical equipment that should be sterile without original the packaging. Totally unsafe, unhygienic and wrong to do this. It should come sealed and in the original box. They offer no explanation why. Would not feel safe using any medical item not in the original sealed packaging. On top of it no apology. And further they accuse you of being defamatory when you raise a complaint or write a review. If you look you'll see they have scores of one star reviews. You can find better service elsewhere. Do not recommend at all.

Excellent customer service. I made a mistake with an order and needed it corrected. I emailed on a Saturday night and it was done on Sunday morning. 1st class service, I'll definitely be ordering from them again.

Excellent and rapid service

Easymeds have been nothing but very professional, I ordered Ensure drinks on the Monday and received them on Weds morning. These drinks are essential to me at the moment so the quick response was extremely helpful. I notified Easymeds to let them know how pleased i am, i felt it was necessary to do so as they thoroughly deserve it. Let me thank Amar and Co. for such courteous service.
